My mom and I went here for two pedicures, and we had an excellent experience. We were taken in quickly on a busy Saturday. This was without an appointment. I like how they have their nail polishes organized by number. And it is a very large and clean salon. Tina and Jennifer did a fabulous job. They were not too invasive and gave great leg and foot massages. We had the deluxe pedicure and were very pleased. The nail polish application was meticulous, too! When you walk in, the name Posh, totally fits. The reception desk is at the front, with pedicure chairs lining each side, and the manicure chairs down the middle. I was fortunate enough to walk right in and get a chair after work. Pick your color and come right in! The massage chairs are actually the best ones I've sat in to date! Very unhappy with service due to poor and unsafe full gel set!! Was promptly seated as well as my daughter who also was being serviced. Now, it's been a while since I've had my nails done; I'm a nurse, but I know the drill!! The older gentlemen sat down, no greeting and grabbed my hand, I tensed!! I put my earbuds in and started listening to music. Everything was fine until after he started filing my nails with the electric drill!! After flinching and pulling my hand away, I said, that's skin, not cuticle!! He continues more gentle at first and then the same!! I stopped him and informed him that he was filing my nails raw and I was cut!! He's says, Oh, it's okay, what's your name?" "Where do you live" "How many children do you have"? After being there almost an hour now you ask my name!! No apology, nothing!! But I did notice how attentive the staff were to other patrons!! Those of different skin tones!! Very attentive!! The fella that was doing my daughter's nails actually came up to me and inspected my nails, shook his head, and motioned for me to follow him in order that he may try and fix my nail! We waited for almost an hour for someone to be concerned about if we knew if it would cost extra for what we wanted and to tell us the could not do the complete design. I take a star off because it was somewhat expensive compared to other places around town and I felt that my nails were lasting all that long when compared to ones I had done at other places. I called to check the price of gel change and the lady who answered the phone was very rude, she said it was $25. When I got there I asked for the price again at the front desk and she said $25, so she sent me to get the color without explaining which ones were the gel colors. After that, I was sent to another lady and when I sat down she started to do my nails and I explained her that I wanted a gel change without manicure. She started to file my nails and she offered to do a pedicure. I told her that I was fine and she started to insist. I asked her what was the price and she said 25 and that it was 30 for my nails. I told her that they told me it was 25, she explained that it was 30. Than she started to talk in her language with the other workers and another lady came and they told me that I needed to move to another chair because the other lady was not able to keep doing it. I changed to another chair and the other lady started to do my nails and than she confirmed that I was getting a manicure and I told her that I asked for a gel polish not for a manicure. She got mad and put everything away just to keep going with the gel change. I felt bad and I asked for the price of the manicure and she said it was 30. At the end I said yes to the manicure but the lady was very rude. They didn't offer me anything to drink. She also never said a word about what I should do next, the entire time she was talking with her coworkers in their language. The only word she said the entire time was "Ok, you are done". Also, while I was there a guy came in to pay for his wife and when he got to the front desk he said hi and nobody answered. He waited few seconds and than he asked to pay, the workers didn't say anything and started to talk in their language. Few seconds later one lady said "someone will be with you" The guy waited few minutes and finally someone helped him. I understand that English is there second language because so is mine, but I think the customer service is not good and they should try harder to practice manners! However, I have done my nails in the past with John and he is GREAT. He talks to you in English and his work is exceptional. read more

A white woman walked in and was told she could receive her treatment in 10 minutes. Both women wanted fingernail treatments and wore masks. Why was one woman turned away? Was it her skin color? A coworker gets her nails done here so I decided to give it a try even though it is 35 minute commute (yes her nails look that fabulous). And let me just say, I'm so glad I did. Jamie was wonderful & so was the male coworker (didn't catch his name) that was working with her. I wanted a pink and white ombré with glitter in the pink, but they didn't have those powders specifically. But instead of saying to bad do this instead, like some places I've been, they made it by adding glitter to the pink. Jamie was very attentive to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with her work every step of the way. My nails look amazing & I will be returning! Went here with my husband and i got a full set geo and a pedi. When we went to go pay the price was higher than what was expected. They said the reason why was bc i got gel polish. I didnt request gel polish, i actually picked out regular polish and they went and got the same color in gel on their own. I just figured bc i was getting a gel full set that they had to use gel polish. So the menu shows the gel full set is $40 and then i have to pay another $10 to get my nails painted? I never had to pay seperate for my nail polish. They also charged me another $10 for a "manicure" that was really just cutting my cuticles. I wouldnt be upset if it stated this on the menu. I think they just came up with an excuse to try to include their own gratuity thinking that i would not notice. Besides the price being different than expected, the nails had major flaws. There are waves in my my nail where the gel was put on heavier in places and there is gel polish in all of my cuticles! Some of my nails are even crooked or misshaped. I felt rushed when i left the salon bc it was time for them to close. The designs that i requested for were not even the same on both thumbs. I couldve done a better job painting my nails. I didnt feel like arguing about it, i will just not return. Not to mention that when my husband got his manicure, the lady forgot to scrape under his nils and there was still dirt left under them. Came in with my mom as a walkin for a gel fill for her and a pedicure for me. We were helped immediately and the space is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and they offer a variety of services. There were several options for pedicures I went with a premium. It included a paraffin wax treatment and hot towels. The massage on my feet and calves was excellent. I loved the OPI color I got and I'm sure it will be a lasting pedicure. My mother had a gift card which is why we came here instead of her usual place right across the street, but gift card or not we will be back. I went to go get my nails done March 7, 2020. They were patient and they did my nails exactly how i wanted them. The price wasn't too bad i just think i shouldn't have been charged $45 for square long nails i think $35 was reasonable. Two days after having my nails done i was putting my hair up and my nail broke and then the other one right next to it broke as well from opening a door. As you can see in the picture the amount of acrylic they put on top of the glue on nail is sad. There was barely any. I think if i'm paying $45 i should've had an heyy we experience. I tried this salon for the first time a couple hours ago. My acrylic fill in with regular color was fine. The girl moved really fast but the work was done well. I had to tell the girl to let me dry with the fan between coats. I never have good luck when they put on two+ coats and then just sit under the dryer. However, the pedicure was not to my liking at all. I tipped the girl at first look in the dimy lit environment. When I got outside, I realized that my toenails were cut ridiculously uneven and too short. I was reading and relaxing and should have been watching her or said no cutting at all. Times where i thought she was cutting my cuticles and shaping up the edges of my nails to make them uniform, she had cut the whole sides of my nails off! I want to upload a picture, but I'm also embarrassed! My feet are also still rough on the heels and sides, as well as my toenails not even painted evenly. This place is beautiful and the staff were welcoming but I don't think I will be back here. read more
