I was not the customer who hired the company, but this incident occurred on my private property and directly affected my home. I considered the conduct disrespectful, unsanitary, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable for anyone representing a business. I contacted Garcia & Sons Concrete LLC by email, described the incident, and requested a response. The company did not respond. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Professionalism does not only mean the quality of the concrete work -- it also means how employees behave while working in a residential neighborhood and how the company responds when a serious complaint is brought to its attention.
