During that job, video footage from my home security camera shows a female employee associated with the company leaving my neighbor's work area, entering my front yard without permission, pulling down her pants, and appearing to urinate in public immediately next to my front door. I was not the customer who hired the company, but this incident occurred on my private property and directly affected my home. I considered the conduct disrespectful, unsanitary, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable for anyone representing a business. I contacted Garcia & Sons Concrete LLC by email, described the incident, and requested a response. The company did not respond. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Professionalism does not only mean the quality of the concrete work -- it also means how employees behave while working in a residential neighborhood and how the company responds when a serious complaint is brought to its attention.

They came on a Sunday when it was raining and dug up and installed water pipes to drain rainwater away from my basement.
