We went online and the 1st mobile mechanic we called told us he wasn't taking new clients and didn't even let us explain what we needed. The second one we called was Perez and Son's Garage and the owner answered and told us he had a lot of work on Saturday, mind you we called him at 6 pm, but that he could help us the next day on Sunday in the morning. We were really happy that he could help us on a Sunday and on Memorial Day weekend. The owner was very communicative the next day and gave us a time but unfortunately his mechanic could not go but since he made the commitment he assured us he would help us himself. He was very professional, took apart the truck to reach the alternator and even gave us a ride to go buy the part. He then applied the new alternator and made sure it worked for a while before he took off. He was very knowledgeable and explained how to monitor the truck on our way back home. Once he was done we traveled 8 hours home without complications and he called us the next day to make sure we had gotten home ok. We were very lucky to have contacted such a great mechanic and individual and we highly recommend his work.

DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE for some reason their "Tech" can't do his job right. Although I had patience with them considering they were "friendly". I then had to deal with the same problem at home and for the 3rd time brought the car back to them, at this point their customer service was HORRIBLE they were very rude when I asked questions challenging their work ethic and then they pretty much gave up and told me I was wrong and proceeded to point out ANOTHER problem just so they could get away with charging me 800$ for ANOTHER job that they probably would have half a** just for a petty attempt to get more money out of me. Two years later, after towing my truck home, I find my passenger leather seat ripped, he left my windows down during the dust storms basically destroyed the interior, "pinched" or cut electrical wires, refused to let me have my vehicle back, ignored my calls, and was practically holding it ransom. Too many broken promises and came to find out when I finally received it that there's no oil in the engine, and the engine was knocking horribly. He put mineral spirits in engine to unclog an oil port, but then it basically destroyed it. Received it empty on gas 4 miles, spare tire used, and black coolant in the radiator. He used it as a storage and destroyed it beyond repair. I can't even recommend for an oil change. Tons of cars stacked on his lot, tons of other people must be suffering from this too. It's a graveyard and a nightmare.

We called University Auto Center first thing, Majec listened patiently and instantly said to bring the car in. When we arrived, we saw many other cars, yet Majec ran a smooth operation: relaxed, smiling workers worked at an expert, steady pace. He welcomed us warmly, expressed genuine concern for our welfare and tight schedule, and said he'd look at the car right away. He got back to us faster than expected. The problem was the compressor, and he couldn't get the part till next day. So, since I had that Albuquerque event, we figured we had to keep going sans air conditioning. Without any pressure, Majec clarified that the compressor could give out any time, stranding us on a highway in temps over 100. So, he helped us brainstorm a solution: my husband waited in El Paso for our car, I drove a rental ahead to my event, and Majec stayed on top of it all so my husband could catch up ASAP. Majec communicated well throughout, his team moved fast, and he charged much less than if we'd waited to do the work elsewhere. He also insisted we call from Denver to tell him how everything went. Three months later, it all still works great. Majec saved us from potential disaster, both in terms of safety & maybe missing my event.
