We had been…read morehaving car issues the whole trip and it finally broke down on Saturday night Memorial Day weekend. We went online and the 1st mobile mechanic we called told us he wasn't taking new clients and didn't even let us explain what we needed. The second one we called was Perez and Son's Garage and the owner answered and told us he had a lot of work on Saturday, mind you we called him at 6 pm, but that he could help us the next day on Sunday in the morning. We were really happy that he could help us on a Sunday and on Memorial Day weekend. The owner was very communicative the next day and gave us a time but unfortunately his mechanic could not go but since he made the commitment he assured us he would help us himself. He was very professional, took apart the truck to reach the alternator and even gave us a ride to go buy the part. He then applied the new alternator and made sure it worked for a while before he took off. He was very knowledgeable and explained how to monitor the truck on our way back home. Once he was done we traveled 8 hours home without complications and he called us the next day to make sure we had gotten home ok. We were very lucky to have contacted such a great mechanic and individual and we highly recommend his work.

The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". That's it nothing else, not even a single apology. Finding a reliable mechanic in El Paso has been a nightmare and now to add this experience to it I am at a loss.

However, when I went to Firestone, they said because of policy, they could only empty out all the oil and I needed to rebuy oil to fill it up to the right amount I call this place, Eric picks up the phone. And he was so accommodating!!! He told me that he could empty out the extra oil, and put the extra oil in a new container. My gosh, I'm so grateful that they helped me out I was feeling so sad at the idea of having to rebuy oil all over again, but these folks came through! Thank you Eric! Hooray to this place!
