He was communicative, on time, just a great person overall. He is also right on point, no bull. His diagnoses were thorough but quick, and he's got to work immediately. He found all the faulty jobs the previous contractor did, made everything work properly. He was working with their plumbing specialist via phone camera to look over everything physical, as he is a HVAC technician - which he was tremendously, tremendously knowledgeable. I can not thank him and Green Flow Solution enough for their fantastic ability, these guys are a real deal. Oh, did I mention they were very reasonably priced?
