    Is anyone else experiencing extreme issues with Heritage Home Services in Massachusetts? They only…read morehave now what they call the "overflow line" and the people on the line cannot do anything except say you'll get a call back yet that call back never happens. I purchased a whole new home AC system from Heritage less than a year ago that came with the first year maintenance included but the overflow line states no one can help with that and no one ever calls back. I'm now seeing fraudulent charges on my credit card from Heritage for $260 that I never authorized. I had no recent service and I'm wondering if they are pulling any credit cards a customer has used before and started charging them for their annual maintenance. I've never once authorized Heritage to keep my credit card information on file nor to charge it at their leisure. This used to be a good company but now they are operating on an "overflow line" that takes all calls. I have to report the charges as fraudulent to my bank since no one at Heritage can call me back and the "overflow line" can't do anything but take calls and do nothing. This is going to be a big hassle having to cancel my cards that Heritage is charging. Is anyone else getting these $260 fraudulent charges and going through this? Such a good company that has now become a huge disappointment. It's sad as their workers are good people.

    My wife scheduled a service appointment three weeks ago for today between the hours of 12pm - 4pm…read more At 3:09pm, I received a call stating that they would have to reschedule and offered tomorrow for service. I explained how my wife had to take time off from work (Not get paid) and how it felt really inconsiderate that they called so late to cancel. We're not available tomorrow and no other remedies were offered. Super frustrated that we waited for three weeks to be cancelled last minute. UPDATE: We spoke with management from Al's Oil shortly after the mishap. They were understanding and responsive to our frustrations. They rescheduled quickly and effectively met our needs. Al's Oil made up for the misstep and then some. Very appreciative for their response.

She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." I said, "Well, it's getting cold; we have barely any oil and don't want to put oil into the tank, seeing as he told me it would Contaminate it an not work properly! She didn't care, so I went, "Maybe I should have another company come out and look at the tank." She went, "You should, because we no longer want to work with you, and I'll let community action know. I'll email them." I said, "Okay, that's fine," then hung up! They are nothing but rude and never write down what they do on these service calls! I'd stay away! You guys are the worst oil company and so rude. Tammy is beyond rude and makes no sense. Seeing Tammy said it goes by what they wrote, not what they say in person, even though it's on my Ring camera. But we already found a new amazing oil company that doesn't play games and is honest and respectful, unlike your company. Tammy needs a new job, not to tell me she can't go off what I said, even though it happened in front of my Ring camera. None of your techs write accurate notes. So I will let everyone I know to never use your company unless they enjoy rude customer service where you get yelled at!
