Best dental office! Dentists and other staff are very nice. The office is peaceful, calming, and clean and they do not seem to overbook themselves. Every time I've went on a weekend, we were the only ones in the waiting area and being seen. It's nice that they don't overwork themselves and it gives the dentists enough time to actually see their patients. I love that the dentists tell you what they're doing right before they do it such as spraying water on your teeth so that you're not stunned or when they start the polish. J Park Dental is amazing! I found them a few years ago after moving to Pal Park. Other family members had some issues with our long time dentist, and I didn't feel like driving back to Northern Bergen County to go there. I love convenience, so I checked ZocDoc, and luckily J Park Dental was on there. I booked an appointment, and have been going every 6 months since. My old dentist was old school, everything was done manually. When I went to J Park Dental, I was amazed by how high tech everything seemed. They have much more modern equipment, and as a result, my teeth are much cleaner when I leave. The dentists and hygienists are all super friendly and spend quite a bit of time with you. They are very thorough and make sure you're comfortable throughout. I've seen Dr. Park and a couple other dentists and they have all been great. When I went earlier in the year, she even fixed an old filling quickly right after the cleaning. Most other places would make you book a different appointment. The office staff is also very friendly. It's very clean in the waiting room and in each of the rooms. The best part for me is that they take Saturday appointments. I live farther away in Bergen County now, but my biannual visits are a perfect excuse to head to Fort Lee, get my teeth cleaned and then go out for some great in the area. It's always difficult finding a dentist you like and I can safely say I enjoyed my visit here. I was examined by the dental hygienist and Dr. Shari Yun - they were both very gentle and attentive. I have sensitive teeth and gums so I get nervous but the visit flew by for me. They seemed to genuinely care about my dental history and didn't cut corners trying to get accurate details before advising next steps on my care. Office was clean. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. 3-4 parking spots reserved onsite for the dental office on the side of the building. Dr. Yun was also in network for Aetna! So big plus for me. read more

Been looking for new dentist since before covid. Old dentist was good but his cleanings were very harsh and made me too anxious to return. Cleaning here was not as bad (tho i guess i was still anxious) but he used numbing topical. Filling was done really quickly and the novacaine injection i barely felt it (my old dentist was just brutal with injections). the one downfall was my bill- over 100$ (my responsibility) with insurance.. with my old dentist I never paid a dime.... is this normal with most places to pay that much? read more

I just want to write a review based on a phone call I just had. I had started going to Dr Park because my then-boyfriend thought my old dentist was pretty sketch and recommended her instead. We recently got married, and between our two insurances from work, had to make some sort of decision on what to do. I texted their iPhone line but couldn't wait for the response so called instead, not knowing the office is closed today. Somehow, Dr Park answered the phone and she kindly walked me through our two plans, future dental needs for the both of us, and what makes most economical sense. She took her time to explain. On her off day. In this country and its healthcare system, good service is hard to come by, unfortunately. She has the same education as Dr. Chen and Dr. Chen sent out a letter recommending her. She was right! She doesn't rush through customers, something that has made my boyfriend stick around as her patient. Also, he needed to get a root canal and the specialist is there every Wednesday so you don't have to go outside and look for a specialist and make appointments. I am currently going through the Invisalign process and I can't wait and since she is open on Saturdays, I'm there every two weeks. Dr Park is one of the best dentist's I've had. I was also patient under the previous dentist, Dr Chen, who was also great. The place is clean, the staff professional, and the service exceptional. Accommodating after typical work hours (e.g. past 6pm) is a big plus for me. I brought my wife in as well and got a nice little gift card for that (some promotion being run). I did find it a little difficult to find the new office (inside a mostly residential condo complex). But I would highly recommend regardless. Gone are the days of fearing the dentist. read more
