Best experience I've had at a dentist! Dr. Lee and all the staff here are so pleasant and work efficiently. It was my first time and I did all the new patient xrays, teeth cleaning and set up future appointments with reception - all in 45 min! There were quite a few xrays we did and I got to see a digital 3d model of my teeth for the first time. Lots of high tech machines here! It's a beautiful dental office too. I was looking for an office with exception detail and attention to safety during the pandemic. I saw in their website and insta all the updates and equipment they installed to further clean and purify the air. So I decided to give it a shot as my old dentist, the office is older and didn't feel comfortable going there. The office is clean, new, and sparkly. It's like walking into a modern hotel lobby. The exam room was also nice and there are big windows to let the light in. Everything looked so clean. I loved the comfort menu. What a nice touch! I didn't really ask for anything as I was just doing a routine exam. For longer procedure, I might ask for a few things from the menu. The doctor did put some lip balm on my lips and that was so thoughtful because my lips weren't totally dried out after cleaning like they usually do. Who knew you could get a bit of pampering at the dentist office! Dr. Lee was great. Efficient and explained things well. She came to clean instead of a hygienist. I really like my old dentist but I just love the new office, equipment, and special touches throughout the office. read more

Everyone is super friendly here I love this dentist office! The kindness starts from the front desk and throughout the entire visit. The front desk staff is always so welcoming, and I've had appointments with both doctors here and they both did an amzing job fixing up my teeth (I've had cavity fillings, wisdom teeth extraction, and whiting done here). I also came while I was pregnant then again while breastfeeding and they were so very accommodating to make sure none of the procedure will be harmful. Yay! If you don't like waiting in the lobby and you like to be seen on the scheduled time, be treated with respect, and be helped by doctors who knows what they're doing, then this place is for you! So peep this. I was never really excited about my teeth or gave 2 fudge brownies about cleaning them. I just brushed them with colgate for about 20 seconds during a shower rinse off and call it a night. Long story short my teeth was pretty fudged up from all the years of coffee and donuts as well as getting cracked in the jaw. The only care i took of it was when it hurts . Even with previous root canals i still manage to fudge it up due to my feral negligence. To get to my point Fort Lee Dental Group was so much better than I expected from a typical dental spot . I really never leave any review, in fact this my first ever review! But let me say I have never had such a great experience with a Dental office than my visit at Fort Lee Dental! The receptionist, Rosie, was tremendous! As a first time patient, she was able to help me schedule an appointment and also take care of any insurance inquiries that I had. I then had my exam done with a teeth cleaning. The service is amazing! Crystal was great and accommodating as she offered me some amenities while my x-ray was being taken. I not only got a cozy blanket but was able to watch a show on Netflix while in the dental chair! Dr. Chun was great with the cleaning as well! She was very gentle and thorough and it didn't even feel like I was getting a cleaning! Overall, this was one of the best dental and medical visits I have had. First time going to the dentist in two years and my experience at the Fort Lee dental group was awesome. I went in for a teeth whitening which I've never done before but thanks to Kristal she did the procedure on me and made it as comfortable as possible. The environment was relaxing very soothing good background music. Also got to meet Dr. Chun she was a lovely person and made me feel welcomed in her office. And finally my teeth look GREAT!!!! I was initially very impressed by this office. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. However I can't say many good things about the quality of the work performed by Dr. Chan. I will only recommend this place for teeth whitening. That was the only thing that was done right. Another thing I like about this office was the office staff. Dr. Lee is very skilled and thorough and the prices are very reasonable (my friend who is a dentist out of state was impressed when I told him). The rest of the staff are friendly and provide great customer service. Dr. Lee and staff take the time to explain things to you step by step as they complete procedures. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but my experience here has changed me for good! I broke a tooth and needed to get an implant, plus my front teeth looked horrible so I wanted to change my smile. The staff were super friendly and made me at ease. Everything was clean and i did not feel claustrophobic because the office has an open layout. Plus, I thought I would be paying much more but their fees are so good, I got everything done and was under my budget! The doctor was very patient with me and talked me through each procedure. I was surprised to feel actually comfortable in the dental chair even during the implant surgery! I can't stop smiling now and my whole family has come here since.
