I really trust her and their team, they seem like honest people. I've had bad experiences with dentist, but really, I think this is a good place if you care about your teeth. If you want a dentist that's not just all about money, and they care about your teeth and you as a customer, I think this is a good place to go to. Of course, the dentist need to get paid also though, I'm not saying that this place will be cheap. However, you get what you pay for. Two visits so far and they've been good to me. So I decided to give it a shot as my old dentist, the office is older and didn't feel comfortable going there. The office is clean, new, and sparkly. It's like walking into a modern hotel lobby. The exam room was also nice and there are big windows to let the light in. Everything looked so clean. I loved the comfort menu. What a nice touch! I didn't really ask for anything as I was just doing a routine exam. For longer procedure, I might ask for a few things from the menu. The doctor did put some lip balm on my lips and that was so thoughtful because my lips weren't totally dried out after cleaning like they usually do. When I arrived today, I was told I'd be seeing a different hygienist. I explained that I specifically booked with Lilli three months in advance for that exact reason. The receptionist, a blonde, middle-aged woman, was dismissive and unapologetic, even after I made it clear I had traveled for this appointment. Instead of taking ownership, she suggested I may have made a mistake, which was both incorrect and inappropriate. There was no effort to accommodate the situation or correct it. When I asked to speak with Dr. Odinsky, she refused and repeatedly spoke over me until I had to ask her to stop and listen. This isn't about a scheduling error, those happen. It's about how it was handled. There was no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no basic level of professionalism. This would not have happened under Dr. Singer's ownership. The difference in how patients are treated is noticeable and extremely disappointing.

He examined a tooth that was previously diagnosed by another practice as an abscess in a tooth that was crowned and had a root canal in previously. He more than likely saved my tooth by detecting the source of my discomfort. It was an adjacent tooth, which had an Enamel-Dentine fracture in it. Dr. Osdinsky will follow-up with additional diagnostic tools to rule out missing anything on the likely previously misdiagnosed root canal tooth, which is the prudent thing to do, but has in the meantime treated the fractured tooth with Hydroxyapetite and Ozone treatment, to help with the tooth remineralization and fight back any potential anaerobic infection with minimal disturbance to the health of my oral biome. Knowing what I know now about oral health and its implications and impact on very serious general ailments elsewhere in the body, having a knowledgeable dentist who doesn't prescribe broad-spectrum antibiotics willy-nilly but instead treats things responsibly. Dr. Odinsky's bedside manners are excellent and he is very pleasant to interact with. The staff is equally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Stephanie made sure she addressed my concerns and shared them with Dr. Chen. As usual, Dr. Chen was a Prince, being both knowledgeable and reassuring. As I no longer have dental insurance, I signed up for their $349 annual "membership". This provides a member with 2 cleanings and a 40% discount on any other dental services they may need. I love how there is a pediatric dentist that is separate from the family dentist. My daughter loves Dr Jenny and so my husband and I wanted to try Dr Maria Rincon Lorenzo's office. Melissa in the front desk was very attentive and friendly. She was very informative on what I needed as a new patient and guided me for next steps (especially on a busy Saturday!)
