I took it in and within a business day I got a call back telling me what the plan was and asking if it was ok to proceed with the repair, complete with the expected cost. It was two days later and the gun was good to go, and the cost estimate was spot on. I love doing business with these kinds of people. They love their jobs, and it shows in the quality workmanship that they do. I give Tom and Stephen my highest recommendation, and will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
