No. Custom shop doesn't answer the phone when you call. Go to the shop in person on your day off? Tough luck, Custom shop doesn't work weekends and can't be reached by anyone at the range. Finally I took my guns elsewhere. Now I see them posting pictures of Cerakote Xbox controllers and other fancy work on Insta and I realized that they can get work done on a schedule - but only if you are one of the customers they approve of. I understand the frustration of a "last minute guest" before close. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift myself and I obviously didn't want to take up anymore of their time or mine. I even called ahead at 12:15pm same day to make sure they were fine with me coming at 5:30pm. I was assured that they would be able to bore sight the rifle and it wouldn't be an issue. Clearly the manager thought otherwise. Good inventory of fire arms and accessories, but I'll take my money elsewhere.

Turnaround was 19 days but a lot of that time was because I chose to use USPS to mail the slide to them. They shipped it back to me FedEx which was a much quicker shipping method. I got a great deal on the milling job with their March special they ran. I took the gun to the range and the sight zeroed with just a minor adjustment to windage. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend using them for any custom work to be done on your Glock. The process was easy to set up and they kept me well informed. 5 stars!

I brushed it off as I was excited, but it was still worth noting. The grill is a house BP brand and so far, I am absolutely loving it! It is a dual grill with half grate and half flattop, which I had been after for a long time. Cost was decent as well.
