Also, thankfully shes really flexible and was willing to work with me in my unique desperate situation of having almost no lashes remaining on 1 eye. She was able to fill in that eye to match the other, and it was done beautifully. I was also told a lash lift on my longer lashes would have a dramatic effect but see for yourself :( They did ask for my feedback and were kind enough to address my concerns quickly and offer me a lash tint but I still feel a complete refund was the appropriate response here.
