I've had the pleasure of visiting Lash Lounge twice now, and both experiences have been amazing! The first time was at the beginning of June after my regular lash tech canceled on me at the last minute. Since it was my first time getting this type of lash extension, I was nervous because I didn't know all the different styles or terminology. I simply told Usha G. that I wanted my lashes to look beautiful, full, but still natural. She completely understood the assignment! My lashes turned out even better than I imagined. The appointment was so relaxing with the music playing, and she even threaded my eyebrows, which I absolutely loved. I came back today for my refill. Unfortunately, Usha G. wasn't there, but I was scheduled with Tami, and she did an incredible job as well! I walked out just as happy with my lashes. As someone who travels for work, it's also a huge plus that Lash Lounge has locations nationwide. It's comforting to know I can receive the same great service in another state. I can honestly say I've found my new addiction--getting my lashes professionally done! No burning eyes afterward, beautiful results, and wonderful customer service every time. I'll definitely be returning to this location and recommending Lash Lounge to anyone looking for quality lash extensions. read more

I am beyond outraged. My credit card was charged for a service I am not receiving. This Store has processed four unauthorized transactions totaling $596. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this--sending five separate emails to the Store Manager, I have been completely ignored--your store continues to illegally draft funds from my account. do not recommend this company, both London square AND Dadeland have made it impossible to cancel my membership. I've emailed, showed up, and called until I couldn't anymore cause I was too pregnant. Thankfully AMEX took care of most of it for me, lash lounge is STILL to this day trying to charge my cc for the monthly membership even though I've made it very clear and filled out their form to cancel. I even emailed their corporate office and couldn't get a response to refund me for the months of July-December. That's how long they went on charging my credit card after I sent out the form which according to them was the only thing I needed to do to be able to cancel. Amex refunded me two months which is all they're allowed to do but flagged them and suggested taking it up with the bbb for further help. read more

Got my lashes done. As I was leaving the place I experienced a burning sensation and my eyes started itching. I came back, and asked the attendant for the removal which they did. however the burning continue. the ladies were very nice and helpful but the manager sent a message that the problem was normal and can last up to 24 to 48 hour. She did not offer a refund and now I have a swollen eye, and I am out of my money and no lashes. read more

Absolutely awful. I paused my account and still got charged over $500. After chasing them down, I got a partial refund and was told the rest ($278) would be a credit. Now they claim my account is "suspended" and they "can't see" my credit. Convenient, right? I've called three times asking for a manager--no one ever calls back. This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had, and I deeply regret ever becoming a member. The quality of the lash extensions alone was unacceptable. My lashes barely lasted a week, constantly falling out, and after about a month of trying different technicians, my natural lashes were visibly damaged. The membership itself is extremely misleading. When you sign up, it is presented as if everything is covered. In reality, almost everything is an extra charge. If your lashes fall out between visits, you are required to pay additional fees. Every single appointment ended with out-of-pocket charges, making the membership practically pointless. You always end up paying a high amount anyway, which completely defeats the purpose of signing up in the first place. On top of that, the pricing is pitched very attractively to new clients, but once you're locked into the membership, the costs quickly add up. For the poor quality of the lashes and the level of customer service provided, the pricing is absurd. When I attempted to cancel my membership, the situation became even worse. I went in person to cancel and was told they had no cancellation forms available and had run out of paperwork. I was told a form would be sent to me via text. It never was. After repeated calls, emails, and follow ups, it took about three weeks just to receive the cancellation form by email. I filled it out immediately and sent it back, only to be told it was outside the cancellation window and that I would be charged for another month. At that point, it felt intentional. The manager later confirmed by email that my membership had been canceled. Despite this, my debit card continued to receive multiple charge attempts. I was charged for consecutive months and continued to receive notifications. Every time I called, I was told there was no manager on site and no way to reach one by phone. Email was the only option, and those emails went unanswered. I sent multiple emails clearly stating that my membership had already been canceled and asking them to stop charging my card. Nothing was resolved. It got to the point where I had to place a stop payment on my debit card just to protect myself. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow up at The Lash Lounge is unbelievable. The entire experience felt focused on taking money rather than caring about clients. I would strongly discourage anyone from getting a membership here or trusting them with your lashes.Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. Stay away. read more

I had previously had nothing but positive things to say about this location until recently. Back in April (8) I had booked my next appointment for July (8) with Christine for a Lash Lift. The day (July 7) before my appt, I received a text to confirm my appt and answered confirming. I walk into my appt only to find out that Christine had left back in May, and they never contacted me or rebooked my appt with another technician, so I basically had no appointment. I asked the front desk person if they could find another Lash Lounge for an appt, and they found it. I wanted to wait a couple days to post this review, giving time to cool down and not post in frustration. But I never received a phone call from the manager (or anyone) asking if my other appt went well, or checking up and apologizing for overlooking my appt. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. UPDATE: After posting this review Diana (manager) did get in contact with me. Diana wasn't made aware of the incident since the person working at the front desk never told her what happened. I used to be a member of this place and then started to notice that there was a high turnover of good stylist. The only reason why I kept my membership was because of the front desk Adrienne and the customer service and availability of same-day appointments. I decided to give this place another shot today and was deeply disappointed. I booked a senior stylist who made my eyelashes look like uneven cat caterpillars. So bad that the front desk person said absolutely will get you someone to redo the whole thing. The next stylist had to take off all of the eyelashes from the first stylist to redo the full set which I appreciate her doing. Unfortunately the stylist did a great job on each eye however the eyes did not match one was cat eye the other one was not. So then she had to redo. All in all I spent four hours this place for very uneven mediocre eyelashes, and to boot damaged my natural lashes from having to redo the full set and my eyelids are extremely dry itchy and irritated now. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is great, the pricing is good but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. The 1st time I went they did great job. That was a year ago. This time was completely different experience. Not only did take her 2 hours to do my eyelashes, she didn't listen to what I wanted. My lashes are longer than I wanted, they are sparse, and uneven. I have also never had such an uncomfortable experience getting my lashes done. My eyes itched, the adhesive hurt. The tech didn't care. My eyes were extremely swollen by the time she was done. I also had my eyebrows dyed by another technician. The color is a lot darker than I requested, not Evenly applied, and it's blotchy . I expressed my concerns while checking out, and I was dismissed. My concerns were ignored. No one cared. I stumbled upon Lash Lounge during a Google search for a lash tech, as my tech was sick. AMAZING! From the front desk staff to the lash tech everyone was helpful and friendly. I am absolutely in love with my lashes. The tech did exactly what I asked, they are beautiful. I have had issues in the past where my lashes itch and my eyes start to water. This has not been the case with this new classic set. It feels like I have nothing on. It's amazing. I would give a shout-out to the technician but, I don't remember her name. This was my first time going to Lash Lounge, as I am not from Miami. I got a special offer on the classic style, $79 instead of the regular $119. I already had lashes on, but they insisted on taking them all off, thankfully it was free to take them off. Tyler did my lashes and was so nice, great service, but I can tell that they are NOT used to doing ASIAN LASHES. My extensions go straight down... Looks worse than it did when I walked in with my 3 week old lashes from my Korean place in NYC. They're also all wonky, some are pointing down, some are pointing sideways. Overall, it doesn't look like I got my lashes done, and in total with the tip I paid $99. I want them off so I can just wear falsies because this is not the look that I wanted and I was in a rush so I couldn't have her redo them. read more

Enjoyed this place! I just moved to the area and I have been getting my lashes done for a while and I look for quality and want my lashes to be taken care of. My lash tech Amanda was super gentle with my eyes and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time! I loved how she cleanses your lashes before to make sure everything's clean before. They even give you a leg pillow and a blanket to get comfy! The only thing I didn't enjoy was the music which was today's hot hits which is a personal preference. I'm not even a member with them and they took my card and saved it on file. Just to now charge me the full price of a service because I didn't show up to one appointment. At the front desk I spoke to Cristy. She was polite and helpful. My lashes were done by Cristina and she was also very nice and explained the process and discussed with me what my expectations were. The process was pleasant. It was not cold in the room at all. They suggest to bring a sweater during the acknowledgment email confirming your appointment. This was a relaxing and calming experience. I have been getting my lashes done for over 10 years at different places. But, due to Covid, I ended up taking an 18 month break. I was in need of a new full set and I had just moved so I decided to try the new customer deal at the lash lounge. I need to break my review down into a few parts so that I can explain my experience and be as fair as possible: The location and facility: was nice and seemed clean, it had a posh vibe. Everyone was masked up and I felt like everyone was being careful. It was easy to get there from Dixie Hwy. Parking was kind of crowded - but that's not really their fault. The front desk: They must have been busy or distracted when I arrived and was waiting for my appt. They just checked me in and went back to what they were doing. After waiting about 10 min, they did offer me some water, but that was about it. Normally this would be fine, but being a new customer, I thought they would welcome me and explain to me the service I was getting and the options that came with it. My lash experience: My lash tech seemed rushed when she started my appt (it started about 15 min past my scheduled time - but I was trying to be understanding that these things happen). She asked me what I wanted and I told her "I want it to look like I have nice healthy lashes where you might wonder if they were fake, but you wouldn't be able to tell for sure"... this is not what I got. They were beautiful immediately after she finished - but they were DRAMATIC. They were black and thick and my hair is brown so they looked very fake. After I left, the lashes kept crisscrossing such that they looked wonky so I had to keep brushing them, and I also kept seeing black specks in my vision because of the way they were curling - so much that I had a head ache for 2 days until I trimmed the lashes on my own and took a few of them off, and figured out how to curl the rest of them out of my vision ( I asked for c-curl which is what I have gotten in the past and hasn't been an issue). Although it was extremely different from what I wanted, I am trying to be as fair as possible by saying that maybe there was a misinterpretation between me and the lash tech?? (seems like a stretch though). With that said - they should really have pictures as examples for the different types of styles - especially new customers- so that they can be sure they are getting the right thing. Lastly, there was the upsell on the way out. My appointment started late and then ended late so I was in a rush to leave. But they were trying to sell me a $75 lash maintenance kit. The reason that I get lashes is so that I don't have to do all the extra stuff, and here they are telling me that I should use a special soap and serum and brush...etc. Then there was the membership, that includes a refill every 2 weeks..... for lashes so expensive, I don't understand why I need a whole maintenance regime plus a visit every 2 weeks. I just don't have all that time. Again- in the past, I have not needed those things and my lashes have held up with 4 wks between visits (even with me exercising almost every day). All that to say, I won't be back. I think that someone else may have a better experience if they have a picture to reference or there is a clear understanding of what they want. But, it's a "no" for me dawg. Also, sorry for not posting pics - I didn't think to take a pic until after I had already trimmed the lashes at home. read more

Did my lashes there last week on Wednesday. Today is Tuesday and I am missing a good chunk already. This was my second time here as the first time I had the introduction pricing. No one explained to me the pricing before going in. The lashes themselves are nice but have been terribly itchy and they hurt when I blink. When I finished the service, the front desk tells me "did anyone go over the pricing with you?" I say no. She tells me. It's $325 for the hybrids you got and you did a "second layer" (no clue what she is talking about and lash girl didn't mention any of that) so it's an additional $25. I wouldn't say this is "going over the pricing" and for lashes soooo expensive i would have expected to be treated first class. I am not impressed and I am certainly not returning to this place. Overpriced for nothing. I hate leaving bad reviews but people should know! I wish I had been warned. read more

I was charged a cancellation fee (which i was never aware of being a new client and nobody ever told me) and i called a few times and had multiple people tell me i can get my refund (it was $100) they said theyll talk to a manager and they will get back to me( they never did) i called again and someone pretended to give me a refund on the phone and i was waiting for that refund for 2 weeks like an idiot. When i called back to check nobody had ever processed me a refund so they basically lied to my face. 3 weeks later i called after calling so many times and not getting anywhere and finally talked to a manager who said they are not gonna give me a refund and basically accused me of lying, worst experience of my life I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They charge ridiculously expensive prices for mediocre service and have horrible customer service. read more

Went to do my lashes here and I can tell you the place is nice but the experience within the staff was poorly. You can automatically tell the girls are new and still learning after my lash session was done. I tried to get a specific eye volume eye lash look and look like a classic instead. Didn't really filled the lashes like a volume look should've been. If your picky like me that notices everything please, don't waste your time and actually seek a professional lash techs. read more
