You definitely get what you pay for and with Jenny that's a GOOD thing. I have friends who get their lashes done at cheaper places, but they don't feel as nice or done as neatly as Jenny's work. 1 Star is an exaggeration. Ihad so many issues with this place. The first time I went in my eyes got blood shot and irritated and she played it off as me 'rubbing my eyes too hard'. Even though I'd never had an issue with eyelash extensions before. The owner is unresponsive, I waited a few days to hear back to make an appointment. Then when I finally got the appointment she charged my card even though I cancelled the appointment. When I asked for a refund she gave me some explanation about 'a cancellation fee'. I have never gotten eyelash extensions before since I have long eyelashes. But my eyelashes are very fine and I was getting tired of putting loads of mascara every day. Therefore, my friend made an appointment for me. Veronica who is a student of the owner is the most down to earth person and she is great at what she does. We had so much in common and she has such a genuine personality. The place is very cozy with comfortable chairs along with throw blankets and soothing background music, it was hard not to fall asleep! But it made the 2 hour process much easier. I came back for a refill already and will continue to come back. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for high quality customer service and you won't leave disappointed! read more

So I decided to check out Jenny because of her ratings here on Yelp!!! I arrived to Jenny's home where her salon is. I asked for dramatic lashes!! I was excited to get them done. I've had bad experience in the past and I told that to Jenny. Again, my last lady worked from home as well! That should've been a red flag; But I went on and I gave her a try. It took about 2 hours for a full set, Immediately after my lashes were done my one eye was very red and irritated. This lasted for a whole week! On top of that my lashes were not too dramatic like how I imagined them to be. She said "next time soon I'll make them more dramatic and longer". Why didn't you do them now??After a week when the redness went away, my extension were falling out. I understand a few here and there will fall out with my lash cycle but this wasn't a few here and there. It was a lot of lashes and I even had bald spots where the lashes fell out. I immediately texted her and told her what was going and she told me to come in and get a refill ( now not even 2 weeks were up and I need a refill). I said okay, the next day mostly ALL my extensions were gone and my lashes were soo thin and very weak and short! I texted her and told her what happened and she was like come in for a refill I told her I didn't have any lashes left for a refill and I don't want to do anything with my lashes because they are very damaged. I asked her for a refund and she ignored me and finally told me "No refunds, I can give you 50% for. Refill" UMm didn't I just tell you I have zero lashes. I text her back and she completely ignored me and never text me back and this is about 2 weeks ago. LADIES do yourself a favor and go to a high end salon. I guess this is what I get for going to a place like this. I am very disappointed with her service. My lashes are soooo damaged!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I will be posting pictures very soon.
