Despite my initial fear about potentially losing eyelashes, I'm happy to report that 4 years later I still have just as many natural lashes as I did when I started. She is patient and loves what she does. If you want to chit chat, she loves getting to know her clients. If you want to sleep while she works, I've definitely fallen asleep on the lash bed more than once. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes. She is great and I highly recommend her service. There were no visible layers added, and it is unclear if even an inch of hair was actually cut. The appointment felt rushed from the start. When I asked for the requested layers again, I was told there was no time to redo the cut because another client was waiting. This is not acceptable after an appointment has already started. Throughout the haircut, the stylist appeared uncertain and unsteady, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I did not feel confident in the process at any point. I only stayed because I was with my 16-year-old and did not want to escalate the situation in front of her. Overall, I paid $80 for a service that was not delivered as requested. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience and would advise others to confirm expectations clearly before proceeding.
