There was a serious of minor inconveniences that compounded to create an overall negative experience. It was fairly pricey (at least to me), so I felt it could have gone better the first time around. He also likes supporting small businesses vs. big box stores for purchase which led us here. Pulling up to the store it is very appealing with a large kayak selection all shapes , sizes and colors. The grounds are immaculately kept and pet friendly. Aaron and Russ were very experienced in their knowledge about all of the products for sale. My son had lots of questions and we were there over an hour. Other customers came as well and they were patient and attentive. My son purchased a kayak, paddles and paid a small fee to have a rack installed to drive it home. (See pic) They had a lot of tips to share and were very enthusiastic to share them. A side note I went there a few years ago for snowmobile gear and it was the same experience.
