Check your receipt! I was ripped off by the cashier, I bought two items, about $17.00 or so. When I…read morechecked the receipt, there were charges for 5 Natty Daddys and 1 Energy drink also on my bill, even though these were not anywhere near the checkout. I asked the cashier to remove these items, he hesitated, appeared to not know how, and then pretended to remove the extra items. He told me he refunded the extra money charged to my card. When I checked my balance at home, the original charge was the only transaction from the store. I emailed the contact number, no response. My only guess is that this guy does this on a regular basis to unwitting customers, and maybe the management doesn't mind. Just going by their lack of response to my email. Just check your receipt.

She demanded to see our IDs the moment we opened the door (we're both in our thirties) and when we asked a question, she continued to berate us for ID's faster than we could remove them from our pockets. Every sign on the door said that ID's were required at CHECK OUT, and that seemed to be true for every other of the five customers who walked in during this period, except for us. When we asked about whether they had a product and the answer was "no," we stood by the door to google other shops since it's frostbite weather and were stared down intently, uncomfortably, and creepily. Terrible experience; will not be returning, obviously. We went to Primo Glass after and they were really kind, only asked for ID at purchase and treated us like human beings; wild concept.

Cigar Shenanigans is a palace. The staff is awesome, the bar and drinks are great... but the building is the gem. It seems like an old restaurant like Chilis or the 9s turned into a cigar lounge, while still being inviting and warm. You walk in and to the right is an awesome bar with plenty of bar stools. If you don't want to sit at the bar, you can take a step down and sit in sort of a green house vibe with good seating. Or you can go toward the back of the building where there are plenty of booths and lounge chairs. There are enough tvs to be entertained if you want, but not feel overwhelmed like you're at a sports bar.., which is where I think the new owners of the old Cigar Emporium up the road from Shenanigans went wrong. Plus it's in North Conway! Have your significant other drop you at Shenanigans on the way to the outlets!

She says as I am walking out "I can only help one customer at a time you should be more patient."
