I'm a daily M-F customer at this place and while I like their bagels what I do not like is having to repeat my (very simple) order nearly every single time I go there. The staff seems to not be paying much attention as you are telling them your order (most times walking away while you are still talking) then they have to shout out to you as you have your back turned preparing a coffee, to repeat the order. Horrible. Order their signature iced coffee and got coffee ice. Just ice blocks made from coffee in a large cup. Paid $6 for a large cup with 5 big ice. Not at all was described. Of course I had ordered as I couldn't go there. Waited for it to melt to only get 1/2 cup of coffee. Bagel was mediocre. A bit dry tbh. Would not recommend, there are better places around. read more

Truly undecided here. I made the trip because Westchester Magazine said they're the best in Westchester. No offense, they're not even close. Try Goldberg's in Yonkers or New York Bagel Authority in Dobbs Ferry. Any one of Bagel Emporiums would be better as well. To me they tasted like the bagels at Dunkin Donuts. There's definitely something they're not doing in the making. Maybe not water boiled? That said they made me an adequate breakfast sandwich and had a delicious chocolate croissant. Bagels are bigger and more substantial than most, and there is a wide variety of hot and cold combinations - from the kitchen and from the deli - to put on, or around your bagel. There is a large sandwich selection - for bagels or rolls or wedges - and specials are listed on the counter display. There is a large seating area off the bagel/deli area if you choose to dine in. For me, it was a turkey rueben on rye, but a bag of bagels (multi grain and whole wheat everything) accompanied me out the door. Here I am supporting one of my favorite local small businesses. Today is the first day here since the start of the covid pause. They are doing a fantastic job. There is a sign outside asking no more then 1 person per family or group, as soon as you walk in there is another sign requesting everyone to please wear a mask. Also, Tape lines are set for everyone to stand 6 ft apart which start from outside in case they get busy. You are supposed to enter through the front door and exit out the back... signs and arrows direct you. read more

I have been going here since I was a little kid and it still proves to be the best!! I have been to many other bagel places as I have gotten older and this place still tops them all. There is usually a line out the door, but it is worth the wait and they do a really great job of moving the line along as quick as possible. The bagels are nice and soft, there are a lot of drink options in their multiple fridges and plenty of flavored coffees to choose from (the coffee beans, not simple syrup flavors). My family and I also love to get a muffin or large sprinkle cookie as a treat. A MUST go to if you are around. read more

I've only had the bagels, I believe they are the best in a ten mile radius. Great crust, covered in your desired seasoning including the bottom (bottoms get eaten). They are generous with filling. And the interior crust is airy with cavities that grab the filling should you take some back home. As for other reviews I don't get them: it's not in a house, the line moves at a good clip but sometimes someone orders tons to go and it takes a bit, the one regarding the man who needed to be told the order three times never happened to me and I hope reviewer wasn't implying he was not from here. read more

Zero stars if I could. Just came here for breakfast and my husband has spent the last hour sick with food poisoning (I'm feeling very grateful I just grabbed coffee). I would not recommend eating here. Outside of this visit, I have not been impressed with the bagels or sandwiches. I think this place is just popular because of location and proximity to the highway. Only complaint is that the line is too long even with a lot of employees working, not sure how this can be solved? Parking can be very difficult. They have seating area inside and outside. The bagels are always fresh, with the perfect hard shell and soft fluffy interior. The breakfast food is great. The coffee is OK, but they several flavors and always take care to keep it brewing and have it available. Service has always been good. I been coming here for years. The bagels were always fresh and soft. Lately they seem a little off. I don't understand because supposedly they are made in the back. But, I still go back. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The two young ladies behind the counter are wonderful. They been there for years and speak volume as employees. The owner can learn a thing or two about being hospitable with everyone. Not just a selected few. Can be rude sometimes. Love the veggie cream cheese. This place puts walnuts in their pistachio muffins and doesn't label that. The banana nut and cranberry nut are labeled correctly and you can see the walnuts. The pistachio says just that, pistachio and it's labeled the same at the other location. I stopped in at the other location and got the pistachio muffin for my mother. She is highly allergic to walnuts and while eating this muffin broke out into an allergic reaction. I called the owner and confirmed that they don't make the muffin mix and it does contain walnuts. The owner at the other location said he would modify the pistachio label to pistachio nut and apologized. To my surprise I come to this location and it is once again labeled incorrectly. If they can't even disclose correctly what's in the muffins, I wonder what else they aren't doing right! It really sucks my mother had to go through that and a shame this place isn't better managed/owned read more

i've come here on three separate occasions and ordered the same sandwich each time - sausage, egg, cheese, and hashbrown on a roll - all three times they forgot to put the hashbrown on my sandwich. thought i would go back and give them another chance but even with different people taking my orders on three occasions they missed the hashbrown part. maybe if they repeated back the order after you say it, that'd fix this issue... read more

The BEST bagels, they are consistently fresh, the place always has a line out the door in the morning which speaks for itself. The staff are all friendly and efficient. I stop in about once a week, they make a great breakfast sandwich and offer different deals each day of the week. This is by far my favorite bagel shop in all of Dutchess and Westchester. read more
