At this point we asked to speak with the manager because that seemed unacceptable considering we spent $28 on this order and it wasn't our fault that someone else stole our order. When we requested that she then changed her mind and said they would make the order. She was incredibly rude and unpleasant throughout the whole experience. The food here is delicious but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I can see why the rating is lower than I had expected based on the food.
