Furthermore, I love supporting privately owned and small companies, because I value their dedication and amazing service. A week before our arrival to New Orleans, he followed up with me, confirming arrival times and flight number. As we arrived, he was already waiting at the baggage claim and along with hand-held sign with our name on it. We loved that without having to repeatedly call and worry where he is parked or where he is waiting. His luxury SUV is pristine and a beauty--a black Lincoln Navigator. There was so much comfort and leg room and his car was air conditioned already along with our seats. He also handed us two cold bottles of water, which we greatly appreciated after coming from a long flight. He drove us to our hotel and the ride was so smooth and we felt so safe that I fell asleep! Haha! Michael is wonderful in his demeanor, his personality and his service. We paid for black Betty not this bus. We were late getting to the super dome because of this. The driver was very nice. Here comes pickup. We told them to be there at 3 they showed up around 4:30 with 2 unknown passengers on the bus. A very rude couple and the lady argued with me the whole ride back across the lake. We rented the bus for our own party. Not someone else's party. The woman kept on arguing and I thought i was going to have to fight her husband. Luckily things died down after he told her to stfu. Keep in mind these people weren't supposed to be on her bus. The main problems to me besides not getting the bus we paid for it was the bus being over 2 hours late to pick us up and the hour and half a waiting on them to pick us up at the dome. My wife called the owner Wednesday after Mardi Gras. He made excuse after excuse instead of just taking the blame for it. He offered us a free limo. I wouldn't take a free limo from them if they paid me to. They could have sent us some money back for this bs but they didn't.
