I received a call from the tech 9am confirming time, he arrived exactly at 2pm as promised. Within 10 minutes he assessed the problem and had replacement parts (rollers) in stock to complete the repair while on site. He asked for permission to use our vacuum and suggested a $60 maintenance service to ensure the clothes dryer performs good as new for years to come. Within an hour the job was complete at a very fair price. We are over-the-moon happy with the service and value we received from Tech Angels and highly recommend them to maintain your home appliances in the Tri-cities.
