I needed my suit to be cleaned for an interview. I rarely use dry cleaning services, because I don't have many clothes that require it. It was a two-piece suit, without any stains. When I brought the suit home, I tried it on, and immediately noticed a horrible stench on my suit that it didn't have when I dropped it off to be cleaned. It had and still has an old and moldy stench, that seems to have deeply permeated into the fabric of my suit. We tried the steam-fresh cleaning cycle at home, with a couple of dryer sheets, but the stench would not go away. I had no choice but to wear this suit to my interview. Weeks later, the stench still fills my entire clothes closet and I don't know if I can ever use my suit again. It was truly a waste of my money taking my clothes here for dry-cleaning. Unless they have a complete makeover, it's not worth it.

The dryers weren't great from my experience and why the 4 stars. I picked a 5 load machine over the 3 load because it was only .75c more. I put it on the high heat and let it dry for the I think 30 min it was. But the towels weren't dry. I had to load them up damn to take him and dry again. I didn't have time to run it again and also didn't want to pay another $3. They had lots of people working, folding, keeping things organized and clean which I liked.

These guys dry clean University of Texas uniforms that says a lot. My office recently relocated from downtown to north Austin, I could careless about the move, however, I had been using a dry cleaner for years right by my office. I started going there because it was very convenient, not because it was great but they did a decent job. I lost some buttons along the way and had cracked shirt buttons, also double pant presses which were annoying. But I scarified quality for convenience, bad move on my part I will admit. Everyone who regularly uses a dry cleaners knows that having a specific one that they use all the time is personal, at least for me it is. You develop a relationship with them, I mean you're there 2-3 days a week, you're dropping off hundreds of dollars in dress clothes you want to know that they're in good hands. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.
