I walked in and there were a few folks eating inside but it wasn't busy and I didn't have to wait in line at all to get my food. The young man who handed me my food was polite so the service was good. The ambiance reminded me of torchy's tacos but smaller. The ingredients, tortillas, veggies, etc all tasted fresh. The Boss Hogg breakfast tako with pork guisada, refried beans, cheese and an egg over medium was unique and it was nice having it and the chorizo and egg tako at 3PM. Th ground beef tako was typical but super fresh. My faves were the Boss Hogg Tako and the ground beef sope. The masa sope was delish. The runny egg on the Boss Hogg really kicked the tako up a notch and made it nice and juicy. I would say though overall everything was kinda bland. It seemed as if it needed a little more salt/seasoning. I added a little more salt but that didn't seem to do the trick. I added the sauces provided and while they weren't awful, they were also a bit bland so they did nothing for the tacos. I would return and look forward to trying some of their other options. There's a keto menu as well and you can make most of the tacos a bowl or get them lettuce wrapped.
