The only option he offered was to remake the order as plain cheese enchiladas, which I did not feel was a reasonable solution given my concern about the quality of the original meal. During the interaction, I also asked for a copy of the receipt, and he claimed I never asked for it, which added to the frustration. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled.
