Slow as to make a snail indi-500 fast. They do everything they can to make themselves look good for the order clock: from having you drive to the front to wait for order even though you are the only one in line, to making you wait before they take your order. Tonight was the last straw for me. I waited 5 minutes for the guy in front of me to order, wondering what was taking so long. When he went in this morning to order a breakfast, he told the young lady that he would not use the machine to place his order and she replied then you're not getting any food and walked away. The only reason I came here was because the Wendy's down the street had 15 cars in the drive thru and they average 1 car every 10 minutes (and that is very generous) so I came here. Super fast service and the staff was super friendly. Wendy's could learn a thing or two from this place! read more

I'm here to redeem this location of the past bad reviews. It's a fast food joint, so if your expecting 5 star service your obviously unaware of what FAST FOOD means. The customer service was your average drive through window quality service. The cashier who gave us our food was friendly, and efficient. The prices are a bit high for what is super basic food, but worth it if your hungry, and in a hurry I guess. Curly Fries: Best thing on the menu. Fried to perfection; Definitely gives Arby's a run for its money. Chicken Sandwich: In general I wouldn't recommend getting chicken at Jack in the Box. The chicken was a questionable texture for my liking, and the bun was a bit dry. Needed more sauce, or garnish in my opinion. Burger: Typical fast food style burger. Average-Not great, not horrible. As a food stop for our trip back home to Seattle it did the job. Bellies are full, and we are content. read more

I'm not sure JITB employees know the difference between cheeses... I love the loaded fries (that's the only thing I eat there so I was stoked when they brought them back) but every time I've ordered them from any JITB they either have both kinds of cheese, or just the wrong kind, and they all mix in regular fries too. Came here on Christmas night and when we were waiting in line a lady pulls up and asks us to roll down our window, I roll it down and it's jack in the box worker advising us to leave due to the wait. Excuse me? What kind of customer service is that. She should not be working there with such a negative attitude and her disrespect to customers. Stopped in here at 1:30 in the afternoon, not rush hour time for lunch but the place was dirty and the wait was already 10 minutes before the waitress came to the counter to take our order. We almost left as it seemed the drive through was getting all of the attention and we were in the lobby to make our order. Our "fast food"experience was about 20 minutes to get our food. I have been served faster at a sit down establishment. I cannot recommend this place as there are several other options in the area to choose from. Hopefully it was an off day for them and they aren't always this slow and dirty. read more

I realize that Jack in the box is fast food but does that really mean that I should expect sh*t food? For over $20 I got 2 sourdough jacks a small fry and a shake. The fries were somewhat decent, cold but whatever. The burgers first of all were missing tomatoes, the buns were barely toasted and there was more ketchup on it than anything. How the hell do you charge the amount of money they do and then serve horrible food. If they cared even a little the burger could have been 10x better, but they don't care. Okay let's just forget for a moment that the foods terrible and jump into their customer service and their "policies" mmkay. So during this quarantine I've been doing Doordash to make money while my jobs on furlough. And for those of you who may not know about being on the delivery end of door dash you can accept more then one order at a time to go pick up. That way you maximize your time and make more faster in your day. So my boyfriend and I were out Doordashing one night and had just accepted two pickups for Jack In The Box ( Reminder: a business that associates themselves with Doordash and other delivery services) after waiting in the drive thru for about 15 mins and finally getting to the intercom we were ready to place both orders for the two customers (another thing about Doordashing is there are certain restaurants/food establishments were you have to put the customers order in yourself and pay with the red card that Doordash provides you) so we had just finished putting the order in for (let's say Tom) and we're about to now place the order for (let's say Susan) but the man on the intercom stop us and said "I'm sorry you can only make one order" we were a bit taken back because we've been dashing now for a couple months and have never been told that.. not even by the other Jack In The Box establishments, and the line ahead of us was pretty lengthy and moving very slow. They said it was "policy" that you can only make one order per car and would have to go threw the drive thru a second time to make our next order. So it took us about 30 mins to finally get threw waiting in line and get to the window to pick up our first order. All so we could drive around to the back of the line a second time and repeat the process which in total took us about an hr. They wasted our time and the customers who made the orders on Door-dashes time (and yes during my wait I did reach out to my customers to apologize about the wait time). If you Door-dash or order from Door-dash do yourself a favor and either A): don't accept orders from the Arlington Jack in the Box location next to Safeway or B): don't order your Jack in the Box from this location. read more

The first time I went to this location is was midnight and I was craving some tacos. Now I know there was a line and it was midnight and everyone else had cravings but I was shocked that I spent 25 mins in line. 25 minutes from the time i ordered to the time i got my food. My tacos were cold and just solid grease. So i thought okay well it probably was just a bad night. So, I gave em another shot. This time i went inside during the day about 2 pm. There was one guy that had already ordered and was waiting. Shouldn't have been bad, right? 15 minutes for 2 tacos! Every Jack-in-the-Box location is different - some are better than others. Unfortunately, this one hasn't been very good. Nearly every time we have driven through in the last year and a half, something is wrong with the order. There are only two of us ordering, so there's not much to have to get correct. We like to give places chances, but sadly, their quality and consistency has been lacking especially this year (2020), so we are not planning to go back any time soon. read more

I understand that we are in a quarantine but as a truck driver I should still be able to use either the carryout or walk to drive thru window to order and pick up. I was refused both.
