Just like any other Five Guys - easy to place the order, fast service - your burger will be ready in no time! Staffs are really cool; the guy who took the order was quite talkative, with not many customer around he was talking about almost everything in the world by the time I paid for my Mushroom burger. Asked for some extra onions and sauce for the burger - they made it to the perfection. Great with their tasty fries. Finding a parking nearby is pure luck! damn, that part of the shopping complex is always busy! The setup and the ambiance is just a replica of other Five guys I have been to! read more

I love Five Guys and the food never disappoints but the prices are getting out of control. My most recent visit was just shy of $20 for a small bacon cheeseburger 9.79!!, small fry $4.99, and medium soft drink $2.99. The small fry at 4.99 may be okay if you are sharing with someone because they do give you a lot but they need to consider offering a true single serving for a lot less money if the want people to keep coming back. 2.99 for a soft drink you can get twice the size at a gas station for less than half this price is also a problem. We've been visiting this location more frequently lately. The food has been excellent every single time. It's absolutely expensive and overpriced but you do get some great quality food so to us, it's ok to splurge once in a while. My go-to lately has been the grilled cheese cheeseburger - basically just order a grilled cheese, add a patty and you're normal burger toppings. The only real difference is that they flip the bun and grill the outside like a grilled cheese. Something about that extra crunch on the outside makes it next level for me. They've also be super heavy handed on the fries lately - getting a little Cajun fry has been like 2 large fries from anywhere else! Burgers can be a little extra greasy so grab extra napkins. Be prepared to spend some decent money but you're getting a good meal. Gotta treat yourself every now and again! read more

I was very disappointed. What was wrong was the buns became gooey they were supposed to toast them on the one side that hits the food but I guess they forgot. Went here with my wife today after Christmas shopping, oh what fun not, anyway we were hungry and a burger sounded good. We've been been to 5 guys before and like with the other location we've been to this place was clean and the staff helpful. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms mmmmmmm so good and my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger no mushrooms, oh well what can I say? We also got a large fry's. Now their fries are legit frying them in peanut oil is a big reason for their awesome taste and texture. My burger was on point a really excellent bite with a nice amount of mushrooms. I haven't been here for years. When they first opened we went about 3 times because it was so new. Then we stopped going because of other burger places around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was prepared perfectly. I'm not a fan of cajun fries but they were good. I thought the fry amount has shrunk compared to before but maybe because of the cajun flavoring. Maybe normal fries you get more fries for the money. I think the prices are alot higher than before but I guess that's the case everywhere. A good choice for burgers but there are other choices around. Safety: 2/5 I know that the pandemic is slowly coming to an end but I still feel like it's too soon for the workers who are preparing the food to not be wearing masks. You fill up your own soda and you grab your own cap to the cup which means lots of fingers reaching in the same spot. They do have some hand sanitizer bottles around though. There weren't a lot of people eating in so there was enough space to space out if needed. Service: 5/5 The service was really good! The cashier was friendly and quick. Food: 2/5 The burger patties were super bland and dry so you'll need to add sauces to it. The buns were falling apart and pretty thin. The fries were soggy and super salty. The only thing I liked was how you can add as many toppings as you want on your burger with no extra charge. Price: 1/5 Super overpriced for what you get. You may get a lot of food but the quality wasn't there to justify the price. I got a hamburger, fries and a drink for around $17. Service was awful. We were told by the younger guy (receipt said his name was Victor) who rang us up that they were out of milkshake ingredients which was very disappointing to our two girls who were getting them as a treat for good behavior. Order our food, pay and then once our food is ready and the girls had to settle for a sprite, the same guy who told us they were out of the ingredients, makes a milkshake for a customer standing at the counter. Then proceeds to try and hide it while giving it to said customer. I called him out and said I thought they were out. He looked at me and said they were only able to make them for to-go orders. Their food is outrageously expensive for what it is and the service at the Lynnwood location was the worst I've ever experienced. That store will never see a dime of my money again and I hope his manager sees this because he is denying customers product because he was too lazy to make it. Great location, free parking, indoor/outdoor seating, friendly staff despite the frenetic pace, decent and substantial burgers, tasty thick milkshakes, and love those complimentary roasted peanuts. Consider me disappointed! I ordered 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, all the way and add jalapenos on one, one regular fry and 2 drinks to go. Simple right? The order taker did not repeat the order back to me and I didn't confirm the order on my receipt. What I received was 1 little bacon cheeseburger all the way and one little hamburger with nothing else but jalapenos. Dry, no cheese, no lettuce or tomato....nothing. We were 5 miles down the road before I learned that he didn't listen to my order or confirm. Next time I get a Five Guys craving it will not be filled at this location! read more

Previous reviewers, writing about the oil spill - most likely did not call the location and speak to the store's owner. I did, and the entire phone call didn't take more than 5 min of effort. The owner is aware of the spill behind his building, and has cleaned it. It appears to be oil, but they cannot find the source of the oil. The oil they use is stored in an internal tank that a vendor empties twice a week. They use peanut oil which is biodegradable. They've checked camera's and can so far find no indication of where the spill came from. They're working with the health department who cannot also determine where the oil came from. Great response from the business owner. Don't blast a business just because you saw a picture online and are now re-posting it with your opinion. read more

I've been here tons of times before and it's always a nice place to go to no matter the location. I always get a little cheeseburger with fries, since the regular burger is just too big for me! x) Staff at this location are very nice and I never had an "issue" until yesterday's visit. I was ordering 4 different burgers and the cashier very VERY kindly told me that she "noticed I was ordering the same thing for some of the burgers, so next time just saw you want all the way or everything!". Thing is I wasn't ordering all the way and that's what she put into the computer anyways. It's not the end of the word that I got mayo on my burgers when I didn't want it. Awful service and even worse food. The burger was really cold all around. Grilled mushrooms looked like straight out of a can...gross. Buns were cold and mushy on the inside. Had to pull out all of the discusting bacon and mushrooms. Oh all places..I was made to feel like an idiot at a burger joint: for questioning the 'little bacon cheeseburger' that was on my order ticket (which I realized after paying and looked at the order) when I specifically ordered a - 'bacon cheeseburger'. I asked why I was ordered a little when I ordered a reg burger. Was met with much eye rolling and rude/attitude filled response. I guess I should've known that the 'little' refers to a single patty burger vs the reg burger which has 2 patties. Why the hell is there nowhere that states that the reg cheeseburger is actually a double cheeseburger?? Before I was rudely told that this was the case.. I assumed 'little' meant a smaller sized burger or perhaps a mini?.which was why I was concerned since I was pretty hungry. It was obvious that this was my first time at 5 guys and the person taking my order lacked the basic communication skills to explain the rather simple burger options. Overall very disappointed in the visit and the food was definitely not good. Wish we had never gone. Definitely not worth the hight cost and would prefer McDonalds to this place. I love this place but it is very very expensive although you do get really good size portions for the money. The past two times I have gone here sadly, I have thrown up almost an hour after eating. I did not eat anything prior so I know it had to be from here because everything came up that I ate here. I think it might be the grease they use or it was old or something. Haven't been back since which is sad because I used to love this place but my stomach can not handle their burgers I don't know why and I'm the person to never get food poisoning or sick after eating. I used to love this place. Even stood up for a server who was getting yelled at by an unruly customer who was mad that his to-go order was getting fresh fries (yes, for real). Now, they seem to have 100% disregard for the concept of a build your own burger. I have ordered the same sandwich five to six times and they have gotten it right only ONCE. I order the veggie sandwich with NO ONIONS OF ANY KIND, and choose my additional toppings. They always get my additional toppings correct, but still serve me the sandwich with a crap-ton of onions. I VERY clearly ask for NO ONIONS. Every, single, time. The person taking the order *always* gets it right. It is *always* printed on my receipt that the sandwich is to NOT include onions. And yet the folks building the sandwich feel inclined to include what seems like EXTRA onions. I get the sandwich home, see it is smothered in onions, and then have to deconstruct and rebuild the entire thing (the onions are diced, so it's not an easy task of pulling off rings which doesn't bother me). Because of the melted cheese, I do not get to have that either as it fuses with the onions. So the cheese I paid for now cannot be eaten with the sandwich because I have to scrape it all off. I am SO TIRED of this. This used to be one of my favorite places, but I've just about had it. The night "assembly" crew on Sept. 6th at 7:30pm were particularly awful. The assembly crew were NOT paying attention to the orders and were screwing around. So much that another employee had to step in and take over for the sloppy work they were producing (shame my order was STILL wrong). So, when I went back, the line was completely wrapped around the joint. However, it only took 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we had food in mouth. One thing I would like to tell people: I ordered jalapenos on my burger this time. I am NOT sensitive to heat WHATSOEVER, but these jalapenos are SO FRESH that they are POTENT. With that said, I was driving home from Fred Meyer one day and a little tiny sign just happened to catch my eye that read "Five Guys Burgers & Fries Coming Soon!". I immediately called the hubby and told him that we HAD to go when they opened. Today was that day. Well, not opening day, but we're busy folk. We had convinced about half of our daughter's soccer team to join us for post-practice dinner here and when we arrived we saw that the line to order was literally wrapped around the place inside. This did not deter me, the line seemed to be moving quickly and having counted FIFTEEN people working behind the counter - I had confidence it would be fine. Plus the peanuts to snack on are a plus. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a bunch of goodies and the FG fries while the hubs went for the cajun fries. This, my friends, is where the Oh. Em. Gee. comes in. FatBurger who? My meal was probably half what I'd drop at FB down the street and was juicy, scrumptious, and just the way I'd ordered it. The fries were thick and nicely crisp on the outside while soft on the in. While I don't typically go for the spice I really enjoyed the cajun fries...the seasoning was really quite nice. (Yes, I've been watching a bit much Gordon Ramsey) After leaving I felt full, satisfied, but not like I'd eaten a big greasy burger. It just didn't weigh me down like some places can. Every time I watch them they add so much salt into the fries, it's like they are finger trigger happy or something..they keep shaking the salt shaker. My wife & I were so excited to get a Five Guys Burger about 2 minutes away from our house. We use to go to the one at Northgate each time we had a craving for their burger. This location is no different than the others. We always order "2 little cheese burgers with 1 cajun fries" every time. I once ordered the regular cheese burger and noticed there were two patties in the burger. Though the burger was great, it filled me up before I can finish it... especially because they give you so much fries (when you order just a regular size). I've tried their regular fries and I am not a big fan of it. Cajun is the only way I'll ever go with their fries. Also, if you are in a group no larger than 3 people, one order of fries will do... that is how much they give you. Their burgers don't taste too oily, which is why my wife loves going there. The option to select what goes in your burger is awesome because you can ask/get little to extra more with each one. One thing we also learned to do (to beat the occasional long line) is to put in our order & pay online (on their website). It makes it so easy to walk in, come up to the counter (where people pick up their order), tell them my name, and I'm in & out of there in 2 minutes. People always give me funny looks (like I'm getting special treatment from the workers) while they are in line waiting. I love this place! This may be the reason I will gain weight in the future... lol. I'd say the only thing negative I have to say about Five Guys Burgers is the seating arrangement. All the tables & chairs are squeezed in, people have a hard time getting to & from their chairs. Other than that, I give this place a A+. read more

We've ordered at this location many times and have never really had major issues. Tonight I ordered and upon getting the food home after a 17 minute drive, realized that there was a large error on one of the burgers. Of course I don't take the time to inspect each burger before leaving the restaurant considering I shouldn't have to, and the long drive equals cold food if I don't act quickly. We call the restaurant and Leah offered a solution for the next day if I showed up and mentioned hers or Troy's, the manager's, name along with the incident. In most cases this would be ok but upon further inspection realized that it was nothing like what we actually ordered so I called back and spoke with Troy and let him know and if possible could we just have the erroneous food replaced. Troy wasted no time in making it right and quickly set up to replace the food mistake without excuse or argument. I drove down and got the replacement. I'm writing this to actually Thank Troy and his team for the exceptional customer service with no-nonsense, for some of the best customer service I've had the pleasure of encountering. I stopped in tonight and got a burger and fries for the first time in a few years. The guy at the counter was friendly and I placed my order. I waited about 5 minutes and it was ready. I took my food home and it was still hot when I got home. There was about twice as many fries as I was expecting, and I got Cajun fries - they were really salty! The burger was good, the toppings were fresh, but I didn't see or taste any of the mushrooms I ordered. I'm happy to try them again, I'll get a small fry next time and probably not Cajun! read more
