I needed to bring a snack for a get together with a few old school buddies. I remembered seeing the Jack in the Box add about their Mini tacos, easy I was driving by our local location. No one was in the drive thru I spoke with a friendly very informative employee that explained the choices I had with the tacos. I decided on two dozen reg & spicy I pulled forward to be greeted by Virginia who had taken my order it wasready in a couple minutes. This post is mainly about the customer service quality because the food is usually pretty good so I can't say nothing negative about the food quality. Management definitely needs to train better when it comes to customer service because, when you're the only customer at the time, then it shouldn't be a 10-15 minute wait to get a simple order of 2 tacos. This isn't the only Jack In The Box location that doesn't mind making you wait no matter how big the order is. I go to other fast food places that are 10x's more crowded & they get their customers food in a timely manner without waiting long. read more

I'm not normally a huge fan of Jack in the box but I was very impressed by this location. I went a couple of times recently out of convenience because the location is on my way to work. The food was above average than what you would expect from Jack in the box but not necessarily enough to write a review. I'm writing this because I was very impressed with the drive-through employees. They were awesome. Who knew? Jack In The Box sells donut holes!! Saw their advertisement on the side of the building, and I had to give it a try. Bought (4) Donut Holes for $1. In addition, I purchased a Variety Pack for $3. The dining area was neat and tidy. Service was good. How about the food? Well, the variety pack held a few Mozzarella Sticks which were decent. Onion rings that were also included were better. The Curly Fries were the last item in the variety pack, and it tasted fine. Most importantly, those Fruity Cereal Milk Flavor Donut Holes were fantastic for the price. Will be returning for those as long as they have them. read more

I have only been here a couple of times. It may be my 2nd fave chicken sandwich in the city. I do not know this chain well and did not grow up with it. Super close to home in a plaza setting with other cool shops and a grocery store. Very clean. Hubby ran in with a coupon I had received in the mail, buy one, get one chicken sandwich. Who doesn't want to save $6 on a snack/lunch between errands? It was worth it. Staff were friendly and did not bat an eye when asked to hold the mayo and cheese. Some places can never get even that right! The chicken was moist and cooked through. Nice, fresh, leafy lettuce and red tomato. I had only wished that the bun could have been whole wheat. So I'm at this jack in the box and I just had the most bizarre experience ever... I went on a skateboard ride pushing about 10 miles now... So I got hungry I have my money with me also have Samsung pay if we need to go contactless I have my mask and I pulled up at this jack... First and foremost the doors are locked so you can go in... And I'm on foot or board so the nearest eating spot is far... And so I thought screw it I'll go through the drive through... When I get to the window the lady that is there (quick break it's 4:54 pm and the lady was probably in her 40s and of Hispanic decent) tells me she can't serve me... I told her ma'am I can pay with cash or debit or contactless I'm hungry give me food and she told me she could not serve me. What is the point of having a fast food spot if you refuse to serve customers? Or maybe the better question is when did jack in the box become a place where you can only buy food if you own a car... Not that I don't own a care I'm out on a ride to destress and just get away from stuff and I get denied a burger not because I'm lacking funds but because the one time I decide to exercise I don't have my car there for the jack in the box employee feels they can not serve me. This Jack in the box location on Brimhall has to be by far the absolute worst location I have ever been to.. The employees are always so rude and rush you through without checking you have everything or caring how sloppy they throw your food in bags.. Drinks are always pouring down the side of the cup with only maybe 3 pieces of ice floating inside.. If you happen to ask for sauce they glare at you like you ruined their whole day.. Quick and tasty, the service for me is always friendly. I have eaten Jack in the Box many times over the years and this specific one does a pretty good job. So the Food! JACK IN THE BOX TACOS!!!! Ok, so most of us know about the tacos, but the avid Jack in the Box tacos fan knows there are different levels of the Taco. I would give them a solid 4 star on the tacos, they were not absolutely perfect, but they were crispy, not toooooo greasy, and had a good amount of hot sauce. I went here to grab some lunch, and there was this really nice and friendly girl, I think her name was kasandra and she took my order and repeated back perfectly. She also gave me all the sauce I requested and assured me that everything I ordered was in the bag. Now as for the food I've got to say it was up to my high standards especially the tacos which were fresh and the lettuce was crunchy just how I like it. This is the last time I come to this location. Only reason I ever came back because this seems to be only location that doesn't shut down shake machine early.. The food is horrible.. Last time I ordered food and pulled away and noticed my fri was not even half way and old tasting so go in reverse back to the window and an older white lady before I could even say anything says do you want another fri... So she knew about this issue before giving it to me and made horrible quality call and sent it out anyways.. Then the tacos were gross and old tasting so I ended up throwing them away. I have been going to this location since 2009 and I really like it. I came into the restaurant the other night for a big order and i had the best customer service here. It was around 8 or 9 pm and the manager on duty was very helpful and even gave us plastic bags and a cup holder for all our sodas. She made us very welcome, great environment. One employee asked three times for someone to cover the front counter. No one came and she did not attempt to help us as well. They were not busy inside, as everyone there was already eating.
