I'm a fan of most of Jack-in-the-Box food and the service is decent. Pretty much what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant, though I will say the employees are nicer than McDonald's employees. I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The girl who took my order was super rude from the start. I asked about an item on the menu because I wasn't familiar with it, and she laughed while trying to explain it instead of just answering professionally. It made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for simply asking a question. Then after I finished ordering, I realized I forgot to add chicken tenders and politely asked if I could add them. She rolled her eyes and looked at the other worker like I was bothering them. It honestly felt very unwelcoming. The food is sooooo good. I got the Jack's spicy chicken sandwich and it was soooooooooooo scrumptious. Perfect and delicious in every way. I usually don't like tomatoes but they taste good on it. The fries are yummy and so is the ranch :)!! My friend ordered the #16 chicken teriyaki bowl and she said it's scrum-dittly-umptious. She recommends getting a side of teriyaki sauce! She also ordered the egg roll and she said it was greasy this (good greasy don't worry). Then we also ordered jalapeño poppers and those were delish as always. My family and I went to get dinner at this jack in the box. I sent my 14 year old daughter in to order as the drive thru was long. I have two other little kids who I sat in the car with. My daughter was refused service by the manager in charge due to her not being accompanied by an adult. She was very rude and threatened to call the cops on my daughter. I had went in and addressed the situation and was told it's franchises rule that no minor can be inside without an adult. This was news to me and completely wrong! I go to this jack in the box quite often and they can NEVER get my order right. I understand that most of the staff is teenagers but it's ridiculous. So I decided I wanted something good to eat and as I'm ordering she starts staring at my hair. Yes, I know I have blue streaks, but please listen to my order. Finally got to finish ordering and I get my burger and it was ice cold. If I wanted cold food I would have went home. When I took my burger up there and told them it was cold, she talked in Spanish to someone else, that person grabs my burger, takes it, then a couple minutes later brings me a new burger without saying anything, no sorry or anything. So. They made it kinda burnt but I'll eat. Ugh. The fries were cold, but I didn't want to go back up there again so I just ate them anyway. This place is always open late, has healthy food options, and friendly employees - talk about a trifecta. This is the closest Jack in the Box to me. I visit often for the chicken fajita pitas - my fave. When I'm in a naughty mood I like to indulge in their 2 for a dollar tacos. Sometimes more than two (sh! don't tell anybody) Their smoothies aren't bad, but are not as healthy as I might wish. I'm a purist when it comes to smoothies - I like to restrict them to juice and fruit - not sugary syrups, ugh. If it's anytime after midnight and you've got the munchies, this is the place to be. P.S. - My gut-bomb of choice when I'm feeling REALLY RAUNCHY is any of their burgers on a grilled sourdough bun. My breakfast gut-bomb is the breakfast bowl with the gravy. What can I say it's Jack in the Box. Egg rolls are awesome and .99 two tacos you can't go wrong. Actually they have a pretty decent value menu. The $1 chicken sandwich is also not bad! Inside is always clean and updated. Just be careful and taste your drink in the drive thru I have twice had where the syrup was out and had to go back in for my soda. So I always taste test at the window. Jack in the Box should of never got rid of their chicken Cesar pita it was amazing but otherwise they have a pretty good fast food menu. read more

Spicy chicken was real cold second time 2 weeks. This was about 6 pm. Fast food been going downhill for awhile.

This location is ok but sometimes the staff can be a little odd. I usually order for my husband and I and we both want different sauces for various menu items and it never fails that they only ever give us one of the types we asked for. This is fine because they will give me what I'm missing but it happens time and time again. Attention to detail because let's face it, if you do this to every drive through customer you're losing a lot of time having to give them what they've asked for. Not to mention it's happened to us so often (every time) that I now check for my food, and dig deep looking for the sauces. Also I never get napkins! A drive through should distribute napkins. I would like to add we really only come here late (munchie meal anyone?) So maybe my drive through experience is based on only particular staff that work those hours. read more
