The worse Jack in the Box food I have ever had. Most of the curly fries were burnt, and one section had raw curly fries with cheese(I think) or it might have been some type of grease. The two tacos were burnt, and stuck to the paper. I could only remove one taco from the paper wrapper. It tasted stale. I literally felt my order was pulled from the garbage! I'm very sorry but I feel very uncomfortable eating at an establishment of serving food when the Men's Restroom is embarrassingly unsanitary. Puddle of water on the floor, urine puddles, the smell is foul, paper towels are not being picked up off the floor, muddy shoe spots as well. its always like this every time I go in there, its reputation has been this way for a few months now and I know ones that have complained about it but nothing seems to be done or cared about it. I am never coming to eat at this pitiful disgusting place, the afternoon shift has the worst customer service. They display the worst food. Me and my husband was attended by a rude girl named Brenda. We would ask her simple questions regarding the menu and her responses were loud/ obnoxious. The food was very sloppy and the fries were really old and oily, they almost looked dirty. Orders NOT complete it's so inconvenient to have to drive back to pick the rest of missing items....in which the food is already cold. On this visit as the boy would hand me the bags i always ask ok this bag has?? He says I don't know and other times yes yes obviously to get me out of drive thru.... the pitas were NOT ready and they wanted to to pull around the front and park no cars behind me not one. However, they say there on timers... and I always say to them then your team needs to be quicker and more efficient. Why do I have to pull out because Jack in the box doesn't have the order complete on time this happens to often its ridiculous... in the past I would park wait.... my drinks diluted , food getting cold waiting on food. The managers are a big joke this girl Diana and managers other girls are "ALWAYS ALWAYS RUDE" and at times cant understand their english broken and then with attitudes. This Jack in the Box SUXs. I've got jacked on my order 3 times in the drive thru within a month. The 3rd time I checked the bag and counted 6 items that I ordered and went home. Then open things up and not what I ordered, damn got me again so I had to go back. Gave them the receipt and the food back. No apology, No nothing but "here you go." Get to my car and my son says can I have my curly fries. Told him just wait to we get home....................wait a minute let's check the order and bam yes the curly fries were missing and it was almost like he knew. Whewwwwwww! thank goodness. So I went back inside and told them I'm missing the curly fries. The manager and the people who work there have an IQ of about 1. So people my advice is if you do like going here, eat inside. If it weren't for its convenient location, I'd immediately stop going to this branch and visit the Rosedale branch instead. Sometimes when I order at the drive-thru at this Olive Drive location and there's a short line or no line at all, I have to wait an excessive amount of time for someone to answer and take my order. I mean, shouldn't you have to wait at most 2 minutes for someone to take your order when there are no other customers?! And I think that's being really, really patient. Anyway, when this happens, I've started to look past the menu at the drive-thru and to the window where you can see the cashier inside. EVERY TIME I find myself inexplicably delayed from ordering at this drive-thru and I look to that window, I see the cashier, ALYSSA, hide! Yep, you read correctly. She hides from me. I'm not sure if she does this with any other customers, but I find her behavior unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Who hides from customers? It's hilarious-- in an infuriating way. I don't think anyone wants their time wasted by someone like Alyssa. I'm not sure why she does this, and I don't want to waste any time trying to rationalize her immature behavior. I'm not mean; in fact, I make a point to be polite to customer service associates/cashiers because I used to work part-time in customer service during undergrad. I don't throw my money at her or intentionally or unintentionally behave in a rude way towards her. Actually, she snatches the money from my hand. This sometimes doesn't bother me, especially if I see that the cashier is really busy or rushed, but with Alyssa it's clear that she snatches the money from my hand intentionally because she hates me (or her job, her life, whatever). Look, all I want to do is drive in, give them my money for the greasy crap they sell here, and get out within a reasonable amount of time. I don't think that is too much to ask/expect. I went through the drive through and becuase "diane" was having a bad day she cusses me out for having her repeat the order a 3rd time due to my hearing disability. This location is an embarrassment! The food is always cold. There are things always missing in my order. I've literally gotten to the habit to park outside the store after going through drive thru to check what item I'm missing. I had given up on this location. After a few months, and because this is the closest one to my house, I gave it another shot. But I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I went with another family member around 7o'clock through drive thru. We wanted separate transactions because we would be paying for our own food. The person taking our order was rude, and said they don't do separate transactions at drive thru. So we ordered together. As we were getting our food I realized we had forgotten tacos. When we tried to add it the guy at the window, who looked like the manager, said we couldn't. I tried asking again, pointing out it was a simple order of tacos. He said no, because after we go to the window they don't add on to orders or take orders. He was very rude! And a sorry excuse for a manager. If you don't take pride In your work, don't work there. Because no one has to suffer your bad attitude because you dislike your job!!!! When I got the this store I quickly realized that the cashier was new and having a hard time I saw multiple customers coming back with wrong orders I warned my boyfriend about the girl. So when my boyfriend order he got three drinks one sandwich and breakfast platter with bacon not sausage. The girl was already super confused about the three drinks ice coffee, orange juice and a shake, I was worried from the beginning. When we played there was no receipt which was odd. No one had order numbers because no one had receipts and the girl nonstop was calling out order numbers for the food and people where somewhat confused. After along wait our order come out wrong, no iced coffee and no bacon. We told the girl and she said she can put the order back in but we would pay for the coffee, we didn't want to wait it was already 20 minutes so we left. We soon realized we got the wrong straw (the shake comes with the thick red straw) and there was no spoon and no knife and we got the platter.
