I stopped on this Jack in the Box while I was in Brawley at lunchtime. it was packed. I had to wait about five minutes for a seat after my meal was ready. I could have saved a seat before I ordered nut I didn't feel that was right, do I patiently waited my turn to be seated and to eat. The server was nice and friendly. She filled my order correctly. I'm really enjoying the Fish Sandwich Combo. I always ask for extra tartar sauce and we'll done fries. My meal arrived just as requested. Due to the seating arrangement, this was one time I'd have been he happy if it took a bit longer. To the best of my knowledge there is NO better bargain in Southern CA on a fish sandwich combo than the one at Jack in the Box. If you find a better value on one please send me a message. This morning I placed a mobile order for my parents to pick up before work. I made the order placed it payed for it. My parents where on the way to brawley so I wanted to keep the order hot for them so I waited after paying for them to get closer to brawley we live in westmorland. So when I presses prepare order now a message appeared on the screen saying my order had been canceled. Ok...Ok...so it's a fast food joint... But I can't deny that this place provides good service, accuracy, and food I can depend on during midnight munchies or a break from late night hours at work. I feel odd giving a fast food joint anything above 3 stars, but this place cannot be denied the praise that it deserves. This is one of the only places open all night. My only qualm, is that they shut their shake machine down after 11pm. Meaning, if you're craving some very delicious ice cream...search elsewhere after 11pm. Also, be aware that this place gets back between 01:30a.m.-03:30a.m. because of all the people hitting up Jack after partying the night away. Be ready for some longer lines. Went to this location. So many employees in the front not taking our orders not even acknowledging us. When they help u they r so distracted. Im assuming the manager of 4-15-17. 10:00p.m. Is sum fat ugly teeth lady. Well she was sooo confused counting dollar bills to put in the cash register. Took up even more time. Went to help in the kitchen to make food without washing her hands. Then she gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the spicy siracha burger. So that took mooore time. This Jack in the box has let me down multiple times on the same combo I usually buy which is normally number 7 on their menu, they have given me that meal with everything when I always order it plain. Today I decided to try something else so I went ahead and tried their sauces and loaded fries since I had received a coupon for 2 for the price of 1. So I placed my order, the guy was great at charging me although he didn't offer any other items they are promoting like other restaurants do. I waited about 3 min for my order the restaurant was decently clean just a few people enjoying their food inside. When I got my order they had given me the fries in a different container that is not the the container that comes with the actual sauces and loaded fries so I asked the employee that gave me the order why were they in those containers the employee said they were out of the actual boxes and that the fries are being discontinued. Jack in the box shouldn't be selling these sauced loaded fries if they are not using the appropriate packaging that the product has to be given in. Not just that but one my sauced loaded fries had like 4 very small slices of steak and the other one can't complain it did have an appropriate amount of bacon. Giving this Jack in the box a 1 Star, do I recommend it? I say give it a go only if you're carrying coupons and and don't care if they mess up on your orders. read more
