Driving thru and stopped for a quick bite while driving. Only 1 car in front of me drive through wait time was about 15 minutes, the employee was rude when he said they were out of curly fries then when I got my food he just basically handed me the bag and was not friendly. lobby was closed in the middle of the day on a friday... no ketchup or buttermilk ranch dip available. regular fries mixed in with curly fries. I usually don't write reviews for fast food places, because how much can you really expect from a drive thru, but come on man. condiments aren't too much to expect. at least the food was relatively hot. read more

I know that the economy is doing well. So it is hard to get bodies to work here, but stop with the sub standard service. If you are in a rush, it seems always to take so long to get through the line. Half the time I see some employee outside "on a break", as I am waiting and waiting. read more

When this place is open the food is about what you'd expect from JitB. The issue lately is that, despite its advertising that it is a 24 hour drive-through, it is absolutely not open 24 hours. I've been through there at night several times now over the last couple of weeks and the drive-through is barricaded with traffic cones, nobody answers the phone, the lights are off, etc. Skipping from now on. read more

When I want salty fast burgers and tacos this is the place that I choose to go. They have fast friendly service and keep the restaurant nice and clean. If only the food were a little more consistent. Overall pretty good as far as Jack in the Boxes go. read more

This place is terrible! Not only are the hours ridiculous (not 24 hours as advertised) but this has to be the slowest fast food place in the Denver area. When it comes to fast food, I am usually a fan of JIB but not only will this location get your order wrong 85% of the time, but they will take ages to make your wrong order. I have never seen a fast food place so mis-managed. One can only hope corporate will start fresh and get rid of the management, or bulldoze the location and sell it to a company that gives a damn (maybe a Carls Jr.) This place is in a profitable spot, but has been run into the ground. read more

Went during a weekday for lunch and thought I would be there until dinner before I got my food. We ordered and waited for 15 minutes before we sat down watching the counter for our food. The place was not even busy at the time. I finally walked back up and asked for my food and they gave me my tray. At this point it had been over 20 minutes. I almost walked out and let them keep my money. Once I went to eat my tacos were greasy and they had no taco sauce on the counter area so I asked them for some and they had no idea where they kept the taco sauce. I asked for the packets they give out at the drive thru and they were still puzzled and two people searched all over for some. I gave up and just ate. It was as if it was everyone's first day on the job. I will not be going back sadly because I love having a Jack in The Box here. read more

Jack in the Box has thee best Breakfast and thee best Service! They are very accommodating to my special diet and it is affordable. Have the scrambled eggs with their salsa on top, very yummy!! read more

This place is always dirty. The people are not happy to be working here and it shows. The food is decent which is the only reason I come back. Just be prepared to wait 30 to 45 minutes for your food. I've called the general manager and he could care less how the place runs. read more

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!! We stopped here late, around midnight, after a Bronco game for food. There are not many 24 hour or late night choices from Denver to Colorado Springs. Once we were in the drive-thru, we were stuck in a horrific 45 minute late night food nightmare. There were about 3 cars ahead of us and a couple behind us, blocking us in. Each car ahead of us took about 15 minutes for their order. It looked as if the man inside was alone, but I heard him talking to at least one other person. We can't imagine how each "fast food" order could take so long. I think I could make an organic dinner for a family of 8 more quickly. We ordered a chocolate shake, a kids chicken strip meal (since they were out of nuggets), and a buttery jack meal. We got the shake but the other two meals were wrong and questionable quality at best. My son's chicken strips had a strange oil all over them and they were way too crispy. He was a little afraid to eat them. My husband's burger ended up being a whole different burger with strange cheese on it and fries instead of the onion rings he ordered. We had stopped here before since we frequently make the Co Springs to Denver trip, and it's been closed when the sign says it's a 24 hour restaurant. I guess their amazing night team must have called in sick or something. Just don't even attempt this place. If you're this hungry late at night, stop at 7-11. read more

This place is ridiculous. I have came here 4 times in the past month and have had terrible experiences EVERY single time. First waited in drive through for 35 min. Next time, didn't have what I ordered, and the time after that. This time it'll be a 30 min wait on rice. I'm not typically hard to please but seriously, don't recommend. read more

I hate to be mean to anyone, the people there were respectful and nice, however, our food was TERRIBLE. Wrong salads that did not have an expiration date and looked expired. STALE ASS reg fries when we were waiting 5 min on fresh curly fries. No sense.
