The worst service I've ever had!!! I ordered 20 tacos and only got 6pks of taco sauce when I went in and asked for more the girl wearing the beanie with blue contacts. Called me a liar. She also called me Karen 3 times. I told her I was calling corporate & she said it didn't matter because I'd get her and she don't care! I gave her the food back and asked for a refund. came in at 2 in the morning and ordered the $10 halloween meal(just a burger with 4 tacos and a coffee)felt really bad cause as I was paying I then decided to asked if it had mayo because it wasn't supposed to. I wasted my money here. I had placed an order online while in the drive thru because the line was long. We pulled up to get our food and was told it was being finished. Once we receive our order we pulled our tacos out and they were COLD. NOT hot, not warm, not even like warm. Cold. The first thing we noticed was that the interior seemed rathe dingy. There was also water leaking from the roof near the restrooms. The drive thru staff are always friendly and most of the time quick unless they're short on tacos then you're going to be waiting awhile. It's fast food. Sometimes you just crave that greeeeasy stuff and Jack's always comes through to satisfy it. I'm a big fan of their ice cream shakes. Real ice cream, and real thick. I was hesitant on it when I first tried them, but they are the real deal and it's pretty cheap. The menu consists of 24hrs breakfast and everything after that. Tacos are a staple here and don't know what it's about them but they're great. Big fan of their Jumbo jacks. Cheap and tastes just like a whopper but cheaper.
