It was my first and LAST time trying jack n the box, because if every one was like this one, than they are dry, bread is chewy, meat is cold churros taste like onions and frys the same, their oil was obviously dirty or something. The service here is quite slow and orders are only taken after all of the ones previous to you have been filled. Special orders are rarely met correctly and the resturant usually is home to many flies buzzing about. Besides the wait and flies the food is edable to say the least. I would only come back as a last resort. read more

Ate here with my 2 sons, my husband and my dad and it made all of us sick. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless you want to risk it. My son was throwing up within a couple hours after the visit with the rest of us joining shortly after. read more

Don't waste your time. It takes 30+ minutes to get the simplest order. The poor employees are rushing around trying to do a million jobs because they're understaffed. It's dirty and the are always out of at least one thing. read more

As much as I love jack in the box this visit was horrible! It took 30 min from the time I placed my order till the time I had all my food in hand. Was told that the guy on the grill was way behind and being a food service guy myself I was like cool fresh hot food! WRONG! My tacos were super soggy, my half a large curly fries were cold. But what made me mad was that my wife's order worse then mine. Her sourdough jack was slopped together with 2 baby pieces of bacon. Her side salad is not good (going to take it back). Won't let her eat it because it's just trash. And her sweet tea is just darkened water. Hope someone important reads this because changes need to be made. It is what it is. Sometimes I get a craving for jalapeño poppers and a shake, and Jack in the Box hasn't let me down on that. I've only been through the drive through, and all my interactions with the staff have been positive. Calories are listed on the menu, the food is served up hot, and there usually isn't a wait. read more

Been here on several occasions. Not great. Drive through takes soooo long, it doesn't qualify as 'fast' food. The food does not taste like real Jack in the Box. Salads are made without all the ingredients. The flavor is missing. So far, have not found a good Jack in the Box in Tennessee. California Jack in the Boxes are consistently good. I am impressed with this store!!! I've been going here for about 6 years now and have never had a problem. The store has gone through periods where it wasn't the cleanest but within the past 3 years it has turned around. Now everytime I come in the place is clean, the employees are courteous beyond belief, and the food is great. This is by far my favorite fast food joint in town!!! Oh and if you've never been to a Jack in the Box they have everything you could want burgers, tacos, pitas, salads, breakfast, egg rolls, you name it and they probably have it. read more

The drive-thru staff are very friendly, like others have said...but, one trip in the dining room and you'll want to pull the vacuum out of the closet and go to work! It's nasty in there! Worst experience in a fast restaurant I've experienced. Jasmine fist took 5 mins to take my order the entire time making me repeat myself. My order was taken wrong then anther 5 to take my money and 10 waiting for food. My order was incorrect twice at that point and all the food was cold. It was unexcusdable one I was the ONLY car in the drive thru and no customers in the dine in. So no reason for my food to be so delayed then to be cold and stale. Clearly the urgency to serve the customer did not exist. They were to busy closing around and gossiping. When I mentioned my irritation to the staff and the manager jasmine - I was told yeah idk what you issues is you have your food. I said it cold and I will be doing Jacks survey indeed. Poor customer service and always seem to be out of salads! I usually love jack n the box salads but 9 times out of 10 they are out of salads and ranch dressing. I was once offered to have them make a salad and I agreed what I got was not a salad but instead a pile of gross iceberg lettuce with a ton of carrots 2 tomato slices and a tiny piece of chicken. Several times they have been out of bacon and instead of tell me they just left it off. Also they have left out items in or order and charged us extra for items I didn't order or get and when I called to complain the only solution the manager offered was for my to drive all the way back to get the items I didn't even want. Ordered the Frisco burger with bacon cheddar potato wedges and my husband ordered the onion rings with a burger. Staff was not to friendly, there was no ice in the machine and it was 11:00 in the morning. The food was a disappointment and we were looking forward to our first experience. The wedges barely had any of that yummy cheese on it and no bacon. My husband's onion rings were almost burnt. And the inside of the place was a mess, even mustard splattered on windows and trash all over the floors and tables. My Frisco didn't even look toasted. My husband NEVER complains about where we eat, he'll usually just say if he likes it or not and he was very adamant about never coming back to a jack in the box and was disgusted by how dirty the place was and how bad the food was. Took 23 minutes to receive my order I thought I was in olive garden for a moment. That's not counting how long it took for them to ask what I wanted. Place needs better management. After being asked to pull forward and wait for my order which took them 10 minutes to bring out to me. Not counting the time I waited in line between placing my order and paying for it. Not even so much as a sorry for the wait. Then when I got it home it was literally dripping in grease! the bag was grease soaked and grease was dripping off the food as I took it out of the bag. It looked as if grease had been poured into the bag. This was not the first bad experience I've had at this location. But it is the last as I will not be going back. read more

Disappointed I have to give this place a star. It was absolutely horrible and that's a complement. I didn't go here with high expectations because I rarely ever eat fast food so I figured it would be subpar. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and all I got were two stone cold burger patties some cheese and so much mustard I could have swam in it. Staff were rude because I stated I did not want a combo. I remained courteous because I am weary of spit in my food! Despite the fact that I remained nice, they proceeded to state they had not one dipping sauce available for my children's chicken tenders and then gave me literal scraps of bacon and potatoes. The grilled french toast plate looked as though it was wiped on the floor. Had I not been too tired to look in the bag because I am a single mother who was just heading home after an 11 hour day, I would have not remained as courteous as I did. i sat in the drive thru 20 mins after ordering a chicken sour dough sandwich. when i finally got to the window, 3 customers ahead of me, i wasnt greeted, no apology for the extended wait i did not receive a receipt, i was asked if i would like ketchup and was told thank you after waiting an additional 5 mins for the chicken sandwich. total time was 25 mins from order start thru finish and i did not get a receipt when my credit card was handed back...the food wasn't that great even thought the chicken sandwich meets the expectation the fries were overcooked and crispy. this is not the first time i have experienced all this. this is the third time in a row i've been thru your drive-thru with the same experience and different people each time. Im going to guess this is the normal for this store and probably will not be back unless im starving and headed that way. maybe i will try going inside and eat and see if the same is the treatment inside as well. read more
