Came here, Sept. 4,2020 9:40 pm. Ordered the "Jack's mini munchies", got no marinara sauce, although it says it comes with the mini munchies, i would also assume because there's mozzarella sticks in there. I also ordered the #10, Spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Ordered it no tomatoes, extra lettuce. The bread is hard, chicken seems like it's been tossed into that fryer a good 3-4 times. + there's nothing on my sandwich. Literally chicken and bun + the cheese. Only thing that came out right was the curly fries, with my drink. Sometimes i feel bad cause fast food has such a bad rep, but what do you expect. Just went to Jack in the box on Iowa in Colton. Placed my order, it was read back to me. When the order was given to me, all the items were accounted for by Verania (name on receipt). When I get home my chicken strips are not in the bag. I call the number on the top of the receipt (951)369-7086. It rings about a dozen times and then I get disconnected. So I call back, and it happens again! I guess the moral of the story is, check your bags before pulling away, even if they say everything is in there. Came in to try the new burger buttery Jack bacon Swiss. The service was a joke here they all were speaking Spanish talking trash on customers. Yes I do speak Spanish as well. The service was quick but come to find out it is because the food was not cooked well. The burger was luke warm, the bacon was barely warm and the cheese was not melted at all. I had also ordered 2 tacos in case the burger was not great. The tacos also were not cooked well. Again the cheese was barely meted and the shell was not cooked, it was super soft. Costumer Service sucks... I'm going to make this simple bcus obviously certain employee does not understand that numbers could be converted into LETTERS that makes WORDS. Here is am example; When a costumer ask, "can I have...", a SINGLE ketchup [that means, 1 ketchup] a COUPLE ketchup [that means 2 ketchup] a FEW ketchup [that means 3 ketchup] SOME ketchup [that means more than a FEW and it doesn't have to be four. Oops, I mean, it doesn't have to be 4] Advice: 1- go back to school pay attention... education is never too late 2- Be social so you would know how to interact with another human beings. So disappointed with this place. It use to be my goto spot because they used to always have my order correct. Went there and asked for two orders of mini tacos and one order or 3 egg rolls and one large fries. The fries were stale and room temperature, and they completely didn't give me the egg rolls. I checked my bag when I got home then had to make a trip back. When I got back in the drive through, I mentioned they forgot my egg rolls, so then I ordered one more order of mini fully loaded tacos, I got my order, paid for the tacos and left. When I got home, they didn't give me any sauce for the egg rolls or tacos.....and yes I asked for it. Also....the mini tacos were plain, not loaded. Came around 3:28am on April 28th. Because online it said it was open 24 hours both lobby and drive thru. When pulling up to the drive thru, their was a car parked blocking the entrance and I assumed it was a drunk drive so I parked my car and decided to dine in instead and then realized the doors where locked. I tried knocking because I seen workers hanging out and didn't get a response. afterwards tried calling this Jack in the Box location. Their reason for closing both side was because they had a spill in the lobby and they only had three people on the shift. Mind you , no spill was seen in the lobby and they where just handing out. read more

So I went to this Jack in the box a few days ago and while usually I don't have complaints, this particular time the girl at the drive thru was kind of having a hard time hearing me. Which I think was irritating on both parties but wasn't rude was still okay but when I finished ordering her headset was still on and I was able to hear her say "Oh my god, UGH". I waited until I got my food to confront them about it so they wouldn't mess with my food and the whole time the girl was rolling her eyes while her other coworker tired to tell me it wasn't about me but her coworkers actions spoke louder than her words. This isn't the first time this location has messed up an order unfortunately today takes the cake. I am pretty easy going but who forgets to put the protein (meat) on a burger? Seriously.. I got back to work - luckily not too far away - and open the box to grab my burger I ordered with no cheese cause I'm allergic. No protein on the burger... so I go back to the location bring in the food and let them know. The girl at the counter was nice enough I explained what happened and she's repeated back to me "ok and no cheese" I said yeah, she went to the kitchen which is within earshot and said "it didn't have meat on it" to which was followed by laughter. Cool, yeah it's funny but maybe wait until I'm not longer standing there wasting my 30? They made me a new one and got me new fries. I should have checked the bag before I left but I didn't think it'd be wrong again. At least this one has protein but it also has cheese melted into it. I went to this jack for the first time this morning. They were pretty fast. The girl at the window was really helpful and nice. I ordered a mocha iced coffee and it was legit the best iced coffee I've ever had. It was full of flavor and perfectly sweetened. I would go back just for the iced coffee. read more

The staff don't get your order right causes you to cook anyway once you get home because there's a reason why people ask for no f#$_&+%®Ken cheese!
