As a result, the vegetables were warm and unpalatable. I'm giving 4 stars because my first visit was excellent, but based on my second experience, they do seem to lack some consistency.

He raised his voice and repeated it a couple of times. It was completely bizarre that he chose to speak to me as if I was the one who'd done something wrong. It's very childish to do a subpar job and then get upset and frustrated when you're called on it. An adult apologizes and pledges to not blow it again. Anyhow, I don't tolerate disrespectful people so I'm done. I won't spend another penny there.
