Solid wiener schnitzel. I've been coming here for 10+ years. This is probably the best Wiener schnitzel location I have been to. The food is always good. Not super greasy. The food doesn't taste like grease. The people are always kind (at least the lunch crew). They bring your food to the people on the dining room. Horrible service. Brought my family in to get some sundaes. Well as any normal family would have a little trouble making decisions on what they wanted. To Alva and her team, if I recall correctly this location has new management. I came here during countdown NYE festival as it was across the street and decided to pay for their parking spots both days. Alva came out and introduced herself and offered us to do anything whether if we needed to use their own restroom, order food, or going out of her way to give us cups so we can pour drinks in our cars !! As we were waiting for another friend group to park next to us, we decided to order chili cheese fries. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and Alva made sure our fries were made to order and that we were getting fresh fries. Wish I took a picture of the fries because it was really delicious and crispy, a nice quick snack before heading into the main event. Thank you Alva and team, my friends and I appreciate the hospitality you guys provided for us, which made us park there both days. I'm not sure if this rude woman was the manager or not. But around 4:30 PM I had a code brown and needed to use the restroom BADLY! I realized that there was signs on the wall stating "restroom for paying customers ONLY". I had offered to buy something after I used the restroom since it was urgent and this rude woman wouldn't allow me to use the restroom, claiming that she just "had mopped the floor" and she wasn't allowed to let any one to use it for fear of customers "slipping", which I totally understand, I do. But she could of mopped that floor 30 minutes prior and that floor could have dried up by that point. I expressed my urgency and stated that it was an emergency and I needed to go asap because if I had left I would have an accident on myself. She then proceeds to tell me that she put the "wet floor" sign up to give customers a heads up that the restroom was closed and to go across the street or next door to Jack in the Box or Alberto's. Again, she could have been telling the truth or she could have mopped the floor a half hour prior and just wanted to be a b*tch. At this point... I'm infuriated and contemplated on sh*tting on her perfectly "mopped floor" but I didn't know if the cops would be called or what and plus I didn't want to start a record. Anyways... I decided to leave and before I left I yelled, "I HOPE YOU ENJOY CLEANING MY SH*T OFF YOUR F*CKING FLOOR, BECAUSE IM GOING TO SH*T ON YOUR F*CKING FLOOR!" Please, please! THE FEMALE MANAGER WORKING HERE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT DISRESPECTFUL!!! First off the manager gave out fake names when I asked for their names to contact someone higher up. I visited this location and ordered my food @ store #370 on 12/3/21 at 9:00 pm when placing my order I asked for the American sliced cheese to be removed and replaced with shredded cheese. My order included chili cheese fries, burger, and hot dog. I asked for no salt on my fries and that completed my order. After paying for my food I asked the lady 1026 Alejandr did she prepare it correctly and swap out everything I asked. She then replied yes, I made sure everything was correct. Once I got to work I instantly noticed my cheese was not melted and my fries were cold I work around the corner from the store #370 then I bit into my chili dog and 1026 Alejandr had prepared my food with both the American slice cheese and the shredded cheese. So I then called store #370 and nicely told her hey my order is wrong you didn't prepare it how I asked. In which she nicely replied I'm so sorry would you like to come back now or come tomorrow night and I'll make everything correct for you. I said tomorrow because I could not leave work and return. Since I do not eat American cheese nor eat cold fries I tossed the food. One the phone she never said save the food and bring it back. So I pulled up the following night with my receipt and was told my manager will talk with you. The manage rudely said where the food? I said excuse me I don't have it I trashed it. She then said well I'm not giving you nothing without the food! I said well why didn't Alejandr tell me on the phone return the food? Then Alejandr comes to the window and yells why do I need to tell you anything. You should know! In which at this point I'm in total disbelief because number 1 Covid protocols and number 2 the rudeness and unwilling to even care. She said I'm not giving you nothing get out my line without the food. I don't care about complaining where is the food return the food. Now at this point I'm getting angry because this was the most unprofessional manager and worker duo I've ever witness in a establishment. They slammed the window in my face and was laughing through the window. First and for most the manager MARISSA (Hispanic lady) is very unprofessional & rude. I already emailed customer service, but still felt the need to let others know about this location. Came here during my lunch break, drive-thru. As you can see in my receipt, I got one chili cheese dog, chili cheese fries, and a small drink. When I got to work I came to realize I did not receive my chili cheese dog so I decided to just give them a call. I spoke with Christin told her the situation & she remembered my order, she tells her manager about it & her manager responds back saying she can't do anything about it since she saw her employee put it in the bag. I'm applaud at this point... like why would waste my time calling to let them know I did not receive it. Christin then tells me her manager said I will not get my chili cheese dog, so I ask to get my money back(I don't care if it's $2 my money is MY money) she then tells me how she's sorry because she's a new employee & can't do much about the situation so we just agreed if I can speak to the manager instead of going back and forth (I'm not on hold so I can hear the manager arguing with the employee) Christin then comes back to the phone and says "I'm sorry but my manager said she does not want to speak with you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! If I wanted to give out free money I would have just given it to one of the many homeless people out walking the streets of San Bernardino. On 3/26/17. Came through drive thru. Lady told us to hold on..we had to remind her that we were still waiting to order..so it took her 8minutes just to take our order With attitude. Mean while as i watch the lady prepare food in the back..she wasnt wearing NO GLOVES and handling the food with her bare hands..when i approached with "arent you supposed to use gloves while handling food" she said oh we used hand sanitizer"...wtf!!..nasty..then she didnt even tell us why we were waiting so long for our food..she said they had a $90 order inside the store. That still doesnt give them the reason to take that long..they should of have us a heads up that there was going to be a wait..then again thats why u have someone working inside and drive thru but thats another story...but wont be back at all...THEY HANDLE THEIR FOOD WITH NO GLOVES. Today was the first day I stopped by and tried Wienerschnitzel. I got a junkyard, chili, and deluxe hot dogs. They were all good but I didn't get the fork for my chili fries.
