Disappointed in my meal is an understatement. The fries were dry, and the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings tasted greasy and reheated. I tried to eat a couple of them since I hadn't eaten all day, but I ended up with food poisoning--most likely from the ranch. The only decent part of my order was the Sprite that came with my combo. I was then told that all the wings had been combined together because they "didn't have time" to separate them. That made no sense since the order was placed online and organized for each individual person. When I politely asked if the wings could be separated correctly, the manager responded rudely and kept insisting that the entire order was there. I explained that I simply wanted the wings separated the way they were ordered. The manager then went to the back, separated them in front of me with an attitude, and repeatedly said, "All the wings are there," in a rude manner. The issue was never about missing food -- it was about the poor customer service, lack of organization, and unprofessional attitude. Wow there's definitely a reason why my wife and I always go to this specific Wingstop instead of the one near us. The customer service here is immaculate and I've been to plenty of wingstops.
