I just ordered 5 mins ago and Anthony i think was his name was amazing m, he definitely deserves a raise hes a stand up guy, very friendly really made our my girlfriends and i day. if you guys arent giving that guy a raise the your missing out because fast food restaurants dont have workers like him no more, he got all our food perfect and usually we would have to ask more then once. Service is total sh!t the guy who took my order and was at the window was terrible couldn't even remember about my drinks...he messed up on two burgers asked for a Large double bonus jack combo gave me the smallest burger don't even know what it was & then also gave me that same small ass burger when i ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. Thought we give it another try but DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend this spot. Probably why they have a 2 star . Even tried calling line was "too busy" called about eight times never got an answer for them to fix the problem. read more

Stopped in on our way back home to SA. Hadn't read the reviews until after I ordered, but I had a great experience! The cashier was friendly and had no problem with adding and subtracting condiments from my mom's burger. Food came out fast and hot! Everything was just as we ordered. Do notwaste your time, hard earned money on this location. Very disappointed in the service, management and quality. You can be waiting at the speaker for atleast 5 min without being acknowledged. Then you finally do and they tell you they will be right with you. You tell them you want your order a certain way yet you do not get it that way. You ask them what comes on the item and you're okay with what it comes with yet it does not come with it. Items with bacon only have half a strip and no joke about that. They have great deals but you do not get it the way you order it. Complained several times. The first time a 956 area code called said they were the district manager. Did nothing to fix my order. Complained a 2ed time and nobody reached out. Then jack in the box customer relations sent me two free items...however that still did not fix the 8 other items I ordered for my family. I have been to Jack in the box many times. But, no other jack in the box is better than this one. This is my first time here and the lady at the counter was amazing. Worst Jack in the Box ever! Went inside for a take out order. Placed the order then proceeded to wait. Burger, fries, and egg rolls came out immediately and were put into a sack. Waited approximately 8 minutes for 4 tacos to come out Tacos were ordered with no sauce. The kid who took my order stood there and watched the guy make the tacos and watched him put sauce all over them and said NOTHING! When I go to leave, the bag tears almost the whole way around and the kid still does nothing. Fries are endanger of falling out on the floor. When I get back to work is when I discover that 3 of the 4 tacos are smothered in sauce. Staff doesn't care apparently about accuracy, timeliness, or cleanliness. Worst experience ever.Filthy dinning room and filthy restrooms. Meal took forever and my fries had an old fryer onion rings in them. Waited forever for coffee and it tasted like old coffee with hot water added. You could see through it. I will never go back!!!!! read more

Nebechi and April, don't be such haters. I went yesterday and found the place to be one of the best fast food place that I have been to in a long time. For raining condition the floor was as clean as you could keep it with so much traffic in the store. Since I was there, they served a least 15 customers inside the store and 10 cars thru the drive-thru window. Nobody had to wait more than 5 minutes to receive their food (average of maybe 3 minutes). The manager (Monic) was going back and forth to see that the customers were been served and treated right. This is the worst place I've ever been to! After traveling for 13 hours I decided I needed to eat before I head to the hotel and it gets to late to eat. So of course I see a jack in the box sign, I go through the drive, sat there for about 25 min. Not one person said hello, then I just drive up to the window, was told I couldn't order from the window. So I pulled up and walked in, if I wasn't so hungry, then I get inside and order.
