They all looked confused and lost and had no good customer service skills either. Whoever own the restaurant, fire the worker who spoken and treated me badly at the menu board at the drive through. It happened at 02/22/2026 around 1:25am where I order my food at the mobile app. Submitted my order and confirmed that'll be ready in 10 mins. I showed up and went to the menu board to speak about my order and they said they were closed and the location in the app says they are closed at 2am. Told them the app says 2am is closing time. Next thing, there were 2 workers spoken through the speaker rudely and yelling, "We are closed! We're refunding it!", I told them can I get a refund back since they won't take my order. Rudely and yelling back, "You'll get your refund through the app!" What they did was unprofessional and I demand full refund and I want my points that I used up from the mobile app. This was a bad experience I witnessed from their customer service. If you're planning to close early, submit in the system for the app so that way we don't get confused about the situation. Absolutely terrible. My husband ordered online and redeemed a reward for a free shake and then when he got to the restaurant they said their machine was not working. They told him to cancel the order but then his reward would be gone and he wouldn't be able to get it back. They had no solution and didn't offer to give him a voucher for the free shake that he lost. We tried calling to see if we could talk with a manager and we called over 8 times throughout the day and they either didn't pick up, or they picked up and put the phone down right away. I eat here for lunch most time during the work week (Monday - Friday). It quite and easy to get to from my job. The staff is friendly and nice. The new soda machines are self-served, like most places today. This allow you to get a refill with no problem from the staff. Ignore the hours online. The employees typically close at least an hour early. I work late and try to stop on my way home. Last night, two employees were locking up super early. Change your hours online if you dont plan on staying open to help people avoid driving out of their way for nothing. Super annoying. Hire better employees. read more
