On two separate occasions, I came through the drive-through and waited over two to three minutes in front of the speakerphone repeating hello with no one answering me. The first time I just left, and as I was leaving saw an employee sitting next to the window with a headset eating his lunch, and the second time I came I pulled up to the window and asked if their speakerphone is working and was told to just order there so I ordered and paid and they told me to wait on the side of the building. Was then brought out the wrong order, and waited for them to bring out the missing item. Not hating but the service here really needs working on. read more

I waited and waited and waited and gave up waiting for my food. I was the only customer at 9 am. Then they refused to refund money I had to call their customer service then I got the money back. In the whole 37 minutes no other customers came in and they still didn't have the food ready. read more
