The service was slow to 10min when there was only one person before us, then 10-15min to get 2 tacos, 1 sourdough, 1 med curly fry- this is not "fast food" 3. Not sure what all these bad reviews are about at all.. but then again I've never used the restroom here, and that seems to be the biggest complaint of most reviewers. I live right down the street from this Jack's, and consequently I've been here quite often. I've never had a bad experience. If I could do zero stars I would. The owner/manager of this establishment does not know how to run a business. They treat their employees terribly and it is obvious they do not value the importance of each of their front-line staff. The area is very unsafe and these poor individuals need some sort of security (I have yet to see any franchises in similar areas with any security). How dare the organization allow employees, particularly females, work in these conditions. I will no longer patronize an organization that allows franchises to represent their organization in such an unprofessional, inhumane manner. Your front-line staff are the ones that make the organization successful. Perhaps the owners/managers of the franchises need to be reminded of that. read more

I ordered two ultimate breakfast sandwich in the drive-thru figured out halfway home it was wrong...went back they had me pull to the front... a young girl sarha immediately greeted me she was attentive,kind and apologetic..and this girl was moving fast...she made 3-4 short and fast trips outside to offer me accommodations for the inconvenience... The team leader German is so nice and not rude like the rest of those employees! He makes make me want to come here for my daily breakfast or lunch ! He deserves a raise!! I do not recommend you eat at this jack in the box unless you like eating hair. I was very disappointed with service that this jack in the box gave my husband and me. We bought our dinner and found at the bottom of a box of seven piece stuffed jalapeños an inch long black hair. The cook Alex was not wearing a hair net. After contacting the manager Christina and explaining the situation, we were still refused a refund for our meal. The next morning we confronted the manager Christina in person and told her we were going to take this issue to the health department and the BBB and after that information she very rudely offered us a refund. Where do i start?....i have a huge list...#1 the employees are nasty and rude, i have personally watched alot of them get told to wash their hands and they lick them instead! most wont believe me but its the truth. one of the very over weight chick (white) with dark hair, and a lot of make-up was the one I personally watched put her fingers in her mouth and then grabbed the food!! yikes!! #2 They always screw up the orders. doesnt matter if its big or small its always messed up. I say no cheese and they put cheese. I say no mayo and have extra, I ask for a sauce to be added and dont get it at all! #3 Ive recently noticed a lady with short hair in scrubs walking around in the back being very rude to the employees, and moving very slow I used to get my orders a lot faster now it seems like I wait 10-15 minutes. Ive personally witnessed her talking rudely to her employees being very demanding and belittling ,I dont see how someone could be so unprofessional in such a work place. #4 Every time Ive walked into the restroom they look as though someone has taken a shower in them after using the restroom all over the place! Overall some of the employees are respectful others need to find a new occupation due to their lack of people skills. The place is disgusting and dirty.
