The minute you walk into the Jack in the box, the floor with sticky and I had to tread carefully because I feel I could've fallen any moment. I had placed a Mobile order thru the app and when I finally got someone's attention, I was informed that if I ordered regular that they would not honor the 2 tacos for 99 cents. I went over there last night to order some food for me and my friends (we were driving from Houston), We had two separate orders. The lady in the drive thru around 10:30pm or so told me that she is not going to take my two orders and also told me what I can and cannot do to my order. Not only that, she told me that She not going to except my debit card. What the hell?! Aren't the customers supposed to select what we eat!? Isn't that the point of the menu!? Why the hell does it matter how I pay for food!? I went to another location and got what I ask for. Not only was that location nicer they were a lot quicker too. Told them about their neighbors down the road and they tell me they get complaints all the time. Please please please either train the staff in Hempstead to treat their customers with care or just fire them!!! If I could give a negative star I would! We were rushed to the window 10 seconds after pulling up and then the owner proceeded to insist we come in so that the lady behind us could get her 2 tacos. He also said he didn't want the timer running. Very rude and annoyed that we had one question. This location does not care about their customers just their time averages. We drove off after we asked to speak with someone and he just blew it off. No purchase was made nor will be made in the future. read more

This Jack in the box is the worst one I have ever been to. The lady at the drive-through took my order four separate times and told me that she would double check my burger to make sure that it was correct. She then handed me my drink with ice in it after I had told her four times that I wanted no ice. She gave me weird looks and a terrible attitude throughout the entire visit. After ten min on the highway I get to my burger and find it was completely wrong. Terrible place. Never go there. read more
