These losers need to follow the instructions on the website that you order from. Simple ...it said leave at door....I took my dog down the street for a walk real fast came back to find out that the driver did not drop off the pizza but kept knocking at the door and would not leave until my wife answered. My wife did not want to be bothered and she was getting out of the shower to start making her dinner.....the pizza was not even for her. Then my wife did not know I already paid a built in bullcrap fee for delivery and then she felt forced to pay more to that bullcrap fee and tip again so... I paid 50% in tips and fees on some crap pizza and I would not have ordered a god damn thing if I knew you were going to knock at the door forever until my wife answered the directions were clear. Do not charge a "delivery fee" and call it not for the driver and operating costs, that is what the pizza is for. The driver gets paid the same amount if they are making pizzas or driving to drop the garbage off, they get mileage reimbursement as well. Tipping is a choice and your pizza is not even worth the cost you charge for it the fees you add on to pad your profits. Shut your doors Dominos you really suck, thank you for bothering my wife at home, I appreciate it. I wish I could unexpectedly go knock on every one of your employees' door and not leave until they answer and then beg for money. This Domino's location delivers consistently good quality food with great deals on their mobile app & website. They offer fast delivery & their drivers are courteous. I love their thin crust pizza. My daughter likes their cheesy bread & chocolate lava cakes. My son likes their wings. And we all love their cinnamon bread twists with icing. Wish I could have given a zero!!!! Ordered the $5.99 mix and match as our family usually does. We ordered boneless chicken 8 piece. It was ok and descent. The second item was a medium pizza. Half the pizza was supposed to be cheese and the other half pineapple and Canadian bacon. The half with the toppings had absolutely no cheese on it!!!! What the heck! Seriously...why would you think anyone would be ordering pizza and not put cheese on half especially a pizza that is half just cheese???? So baffled and confused. I always build my own pizza, and this location is very good about making my pizza the way I request it. Quality and flavor are very good. That being said, on my last 2 orders I haven't gotten my sauces (that I had to pay .53 each for). At the door I'm told they are in the box. First time I didn't check until the driver was long gone. Tonight, I checked, and told the driver I didn't get them. He said he would go back to the store an get them. 20 minutes later no driver so we call the store. The driver said he wasn't coming back because someone at the store said the sauces weren't in the box. We told them we still wanted our sauces. As far as fast-food franchise pizza restaurants go, this place is quick and very customer service friendly. Like everyone else, they make mistakes. The key to these mistakes, is how do they respond when they are informed of a mistake? In a few instances we were sent a pizza without sauce, when someone had requested extra sauce. When we called and politely informed them of the mistake, they immediately made new pizzas to fix the order, told us to keep the no sauce pizza as a "flatbread appetizer". The pizza was delivered in a timely manner, however our half cheese (with extra 2-toppings of additional cheese) and the other half ham and pineapple was waaay over cooked (pretty much burnt). As well as ZERO cheese on the pineapple and ham side!!! How does this happen?! You even send an alert that says someone is double checking the order.... So disappointed. The delivery took 45 minutes, so our pizzas were warm, but not hot. The Pizza delivery dude said it was due to the fact that he had a "double" to deliver. Also, and this is the first time since we order the same two ingredient pizza just about every time, there seemed to be a "shortage" of bell peppers. The 50% advertisement had a caveat once you got ready to pay: it had to add up to a minimum of $8.99. We kept trying to add ingredients and couldn't seem to get to that magic number and still have a pizza we wanted, so we just gave up and ordered two of of our favorite. This place had the worst service I've ever had at a takeout pizza place I order an hour and a half before they closed, just to have the manager be extremely rude and cut me off while he was ordering food for them for 15 to 20 minutes I was trying to order while he was almost fully ignoring me. And I waited for 30-40 mins after that. Then he said it would be ready in 17 min then I waited another 20 and he dropped one of our pizza and had to take another 12 Minutes to make another one. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When ordering online, the earliest it says you can get your pizza is 11am. I needed the pizza by 10:45am, so I called and they graciously made my pizzas early and had them delivered by 10:40am. The pizzas were normal Domino's quality, but I am completely sold by their wonderful customer service. They certainly did not have to go out of their way to help me and the best part of all is that, from the person on the phone to the delivery person, they were all so nice. This Dominos is the best in my area. Due to corporate boundary lines they can't deliver to me even though they are closer than the one on Mason rd. So we do carry out since the Mason rd location is not as good. We prefer this one even though we have to go get it. read more
