For this Jack in the Box, we usually only go through the drive thru because of COVID and the employees are polite and helpful. We usually order small snacks like curly fries and the drive thru option is super quick. There is never really a line and if you order on the app, you can drive to the restaurant and get your order all within the five minutes since you ordered. So there is some problem with JIB app where it does not communicate with the store's inventory. If the store is out of item you ordered you're SOL. Store cannot cancel missing items. No refund for missing item. And in my case I had to stand there complaining for awhile before they even offered a substitute item which I didn't even want at the point. After 3 emails to JIB website in 2 week period and about 2 weeks response time I finally got what I paid for over a month ago. To save time, I recommend if they're out of item you want, ask for the most expensive item on the menu as a big FU for me. Haven't been here in years. I was with a group and we drove through to see what vegetarian item I can find. I order their loaded fries with no steak. As a vegetarian, one of the worse mess up is adding meat. However, with that aside. I order through the drive thru speaker, she repeats my order and it's correct. I pull up to the payment window and the worker asks me "what'd you order?" Ok so I repeat it again and say "no steak". She leaves, and when she comes back I say "no steak" again. I've always loved our local Jack in the Box, but wouldn't normally leave reviews for fast food. That seems a bit weird, but tonight was different. We've all been stuck at home, some for longer than others. I just really needed to get out of the house and had no idea if anything was even open. I took my adorable Lhasa Apso with me and Jack's was open for drive thru, which was great.The food was all very well done, super hot, fresh, and exactly what you hope for in your order. What made me write a review tonight was the sweetest, kindest young lady behind the window. She was an absolute doll, and was incredibly kind to my dog, who she may have given a small treat to just to be nice. It's coronavirus time, so obviously we're all stressed and she was just as awesome as she could be, even though I'm sure work isn't where anyone wants to be during this mess! Hey Jack! Jack is always a great stop after a few drinks or fulfilling a guilty pleasure. So, this location has been inconsistent in service and food. I normally order their regular Jack burger, teriyaki bowl and egg rolls or chicken fajita pita. Jack burger is good with the exception of their buns. The buns are way soggy and mushy. I like my buns warmed and lightly grilled and Jack's buns just don't do it for me. The onion is way strong and raw. Grilled onions would really do the job in a burger. The teriyaki bowl comes out inconsistent. They either put too much or too little teriyaki sauce. I don't like saucy foods, so when there's too much sauce, it just ruins it for me. Their egg rolls have been a home run thus far. The chicken fajita pita is consistently good, with the exception of having to always ask for the salsa. The lady working the graveyard shift is extremely rude and unpleasant. When I rolled up to the windows she told me "eww it smells" and closed the window. She said this to signify that I was disgusting. I really had no idea what she was referring to and asked her if there was a problem to which she repeated herself.
