Came in today on a hot sunny day with my son. The staff was amazing. The two girls were very kind. We sad in the restaurant. It was really hot. No air conditioning with one door open. Ask the staff if the air conditioner was not working. They said it wasn't. I think it's unfair to the staff that they have to work in these conditions hopefully the owner or the corporate can come in and fix it for them as well as the customers. It's a big inconvenience when it's hot. I give it up to not because of the workers, but because of the lack of management duties to have an air-conditioning fixed. I was just in here and there were ants crawling all over the soda machine. I was going to get two sodas asked can I switch these for there's ants crawling all over this and Perra said "there's an up charge". I responded and asked even if there's ants crawling all over it? And she said she just follows with the owner tells her to do it. So apparently the owner wants patrons to either drink beverages with ants in them or pay additional money for a bottle. She then said she'd give me a refund after I a bottle and then ultimately wouldn't do either. I also asked if there was any contact information for the owner and she said they don't have it and they're not allowed to give out any contact information for the owner. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had in a food location of any kind! I will say the manager Monica is an outstanding wonderful person. She is very efficient and ! I remember coming to Togos and loving the pastrami sandwich from back in the college days. I kind of had the feeling that those long past days we're going to come up short. and I was not disappointed. I guess the largest size was a 9 inch. And I'd have to compare it to a Jersey Mike's for the hat. I would consider the quality and taste smack dab in the middle. But when I look at the price tag of $12 I can't really think that the value is there. So then I have to ask myself, what I do this again. Oh and to be honest, I'd have to say yes, based on the fact that spending a few extra dollars is worth not sitting in traffic we're going out of the way. I think I feel that the fact that it's sharing the location with a Baskin Robbins that the Baskin Robbins service is better than the Togos sandwich service. Nowadays you don't see them too often, with the rise of Fadwich and Subway somehow staying alive, how in the actual F? So I arrived, scanned the wall menu and thought a 9 inch (larger) hot Roast Beef Turkey and Cheddar would hit the spot on this cloudy Monday. Honestly, second time here and never again. My kids didn't finish a few bites before deciding not to eat. The chicken inside was still cold, even after toasting. First of all, they really need to have enough staff to cover both the Togos and the Baskin Robbins. There were two employees in the shop and both were more focused on the ice cream than the sandwiches. When we finally did get someone to make sandwiches he was very scattered. Start one sandwich, leave it part done, go to another one, leave it part done, go to another, and so on. He didn't remember the orders either, so we had to repeat what we wanted for each sandwich when he'd get back to it. Each sandwich was worked on three times. This is close to my work and better than subway. It's a corporate chain everyone, what do you expect? The sandwiches are decent, you get a lot for what you pay. I would recommend you go for deli meats and not chicken. The employees have always been very nice to me and handle crowds very well. I've been coming here for the past 13 years since they first opened up in my 'Rosemont' days. It's not the best place you can go to for a sandwich, but it's still a great option. I highly respect this location because the manager has shown to consistently offer daily specials and deals. Another thing to note is for a fast-casual sandwich shop, they have AWESOME pastrami. The bread is fresh, the meat is way fresher than subway, and so is the avocado. I like how they have avocado spread as opposed to subways minimal slices of avocado which u only taste once every 3 bites. This Baskin Robbins has really great cakes in the case every time I go in there. I love the grasshopper pies (mint chocolate chip ice cream) and the roll cakes. This is the Baskin Robbins I go to whenever I need to bring a cake to a party. I love the TOGO's sandwiches too. The pastrami is the best, but I usually get a spinach wrap because it's healthier. Whatever you like, they have it. The selection of sandwiches seems endless. There is even a nice selection for vegetarians. I think my favorite thing about this store is that they almost always have a sports game on TV. It's nice to have something to watch while I stand in line. read more

I order a sandwich that has been off the menu for quite some time. Jacob had such a pleasant demeanor. I was so pleasantly surprised how efficiently he completed my sandwich with a smile. I love me some hot pastrami. Togos is the only place I will ever get hot pastrami from. Its that good. It's all I eat there too. This place gets busy during lunch time, they always have enough people working here though so the line goes fairly fast. My only gripe. The price. Really? What they consider to be a regular sandwich is a 6 inch from Subway, and depending on what kind of sandwich, more than a foot long from Subway. My regular hot pastrami from Togos was $6.50. If the pastrami wasn't as good as it is I wouldn't ever step foot in a Togos establishment. But, I just can't get enough. read more

Sandwich makers come and go, but you can ask them to add stuff to your sandwich. It's really clean in there, there's Baskin Robbins in the same place and they have a really cool all kinds of soda machine. What's there not to like? Ok, one insider tip: order it on the Parmesan bread and it will be 99% fresh. See, they changed the bread many years ago. This is a regular favorite. I personally love that they don't sell roast beef that is over processed or browning. The roast beef is a medium rare and probably the best I have ever had at a sandwich shop. I only get the roast beef (add avocado, vinegar, and double meat) so this is what my review is mainly based on. My gf always gets a Turkey and avocado sandwich and loves it too. I don't know why Subway has so many more shops than Togo's since Togo's is so much better than Subway. Typically this location has good employees, but every so often someone that doesn't really know what they are doing there shows up. This won't stop me from going back there. read more
