Not being attentive on drive thru , a bunch of teenagers messing around not paying attention, and got my order completely wrong.

I gave the young lady out the window my coupon. She didn't give me my new total give me my food or medium coffee. She gave me two sugars and two creamers didn't ask how many of each I wanted did not give me a mixer so I could steer the creamer in the coffee the coffee was filled to the tip top didn't give you my new total didn't give me any napkins nor did she give me my receipt. I was in the area shopping and decided to stop by Jack in the Box for lunch! This location is at the corner of Cheyenne and N. Rampart Blvd. There are plenty of parking spaces available. I ordered my usual which is the [2] Classic Jack in the Box Wraps. It usually comes with one chicken strip, lettuce, shredded cheddar, and pickles. I opt out of the sauces in the wrap. The wraps were delicious! No sauce was added to the wraps! Service was quick here! I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes for the meal! The team was friendly and helpful while I was placing my order. First time coming this location, just got off from work the other day so I called the wifey up so she could meet me and we could catch up and vent about our day so far. The customer serive was fine the guy working the counter greeted us when we came in and took are order I went with the munchie meal and the wifey went for a number 2 herself. I was told by "Huey" Hispanic male with frosted tips that they were no longer taking orders unless they were online. I was stuck in the drive thru for 27 mins , and when I asked the hours of holiday operations he said 24 hours. I asked why he wouldn't take my order if they were open 24 hours and he replied that "HE DOESNT CARE". Why would you ever say that to a customer. I will not be returning. We spent 30$ and got the wrong food and the fries were gross and there were barely ANY in the container. Burgers were made wrong it took Forever and the kids making the drinks and putting the bags together looked like they didn't know what they were doing. Yeah don't think we will be back any time soon. I've always had a good experience at this location. Food is always hot and packaged well even if I have to wait for my drive thru order.

I'm sitting here in amazement i ordered a medium size drink chicken combo 13 with 4 tacos waited 20 mins for it in the drive thru finally got our food - got home opened my chicken sandwich and it was plain. Tried the new smash burger and honestly wasn't that bad . I saw a lot of reviews on it saying it was the best fast food smash burger and yeah I guess if you consider fast food "drive thru". I did online order and it was super quick and easy to get and everything else was pretty good. Fresh fries, quick service and the burger was decent. A lot of bread though considering the size of the burger and the tacos are well as expected, it's a burger place selling tacos so expect that. I hate onions but the onions in this were really good. read more

Last year this location had issues with staffing where they couldn't keep their dining room open, which caused issues for me. They've fixed all that and the staff is actually very very good. My elderly mother comes here pretty often and they are always friendly to her and get our orders right 100% of the time and the food is always piping hot fresh. The staff is very responsive to customers needs. read more

We were happy with the decision and in fact had forgotten how good Jack in the Box is when you haven't had it in a while. This location is clean, the service was excellent and the food was on point. This visit here has been the worse Jack-in-the-Box visit EVER!!! I waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone ever took my order. No one was in front of me. Then they have no coke! Only Diet Coke!!!! Then they took FOREVER to give make my order and made my order wrong. I ordered the buttery bacon and Swiss burger and it's dry. The fries are over cooked and cold. My first job in high school was working the cash register at Jack in the Box. My girlfriend Diane worked there too so imagine Lucy and Ethel at the chocolate factory. I can say that Diane did get a burger thrown at her only once because it had sauce on it and they asked for NO SAUCE. Glad I wasn't working the window that night! Despite my fond memories and many funny stories about working the drive-thru window I can say after all these years I still keep coming back and the memories continue. I know it sounds crazy but when I first met my husband we joked about how we both love Jack in the Box tacos. I was like "really"? Not too many people want to admit that, most guys are too busy trying to impress their dates with gourmet finds or that perfect Fois Gras they found in Paris. But I was impressed with his honesty and his love of JITB tacos... so a fabulous "foodie" I found:) BTW he has impressed me with a his Fois Gras findings in Paris! At this location, I love that they give out coupons to get two tacos for free! How do you beat that? Well, if you don't have a coupon you can get them for .99 cents. So I drive a hot car and I didn't want to go home to an empty house...I got lost of course...and saw a Taco Bell about a half hour before but couldn't find it again...so I drove WAY WAY WAY out of my way to where I am familiar with...my old neighborhood. Today wasn't the best day...I was feeling really lonely and down and SINGLE. I went to Taco Bell, but I didn't get a drink because I wanted an iced caramel coffee from Jack in the Box. It's not the closest to where I live...but familiar. After tonight I will continue to drive out of my way. I pulled up at 12:27 am and the employee working informed me the fryer was out. I told him all I wanted was a drink and not to worry about the fryer. When I pulled up to the window he told me, I was so nice. You never know what kind of day someone is having and just a few simple words can make someone's whole day. We had a little conversation and his disposition about a busted fryer was still sunny and cheerful and he kept his sense of humor about the situation. He didn't seem inconvenienced or irritated. I wish I had tipped him or asked him his name so I could give him a shout out. The drink was great, but the service is why I am giving five stars. My last experience here was pretty poor. I waited over five minutes for a single sandwich inside at the counter and left without my sandwich because I needed to go to work. I thought it's just a biscuit sandwich with at least five people working how long can it take...but this experience tonight restored my faith in this location and I will drive here...WAY WAY out of my way from now on. read more

One of the worst Jack in the Box I've gone too. They Gave me the wrong order, charged me for the wrong order, forgot to give me my card back, and gave me attitude! I had to go in the drive thru line again to get my order corrected and when I pulled up the lady just gave me my card back and said "have a good day", I repeated to her twice that "this isn't my order" she goes "it's free food! Have a good day!", I repeated one last time that "this isn't what I ordered", so then the manager comes and asks what's wrong and I told her that this isn't any of the food I ordered so she took the food back and gave me my correct order but when I received it it's cold and my milkshake is all melted the moment I receive it! My girlfriend went back the next day and they acted as if that was something they didn't do and after giving my name they said then needed to know the managers name along with the receipt.
