If I could give a 0 star in rate I would. This location is fruad the Manager of the company and Heydy who is one of the employees are in on stealing your money when you purchase a gift card. I asked for a $30 gift card and Heydy brought 2 cards to do the transaction. She kept the card with the money on it and gave me the blank gift card. When I told her she gave me the wrong gift card she continued to say that she gave the gift card with the $30 on it. I checked the gift card as soon as I could. And the card was invalid. I returned to the store and told Heydy what happened. She pretended to go to the back of the kitchen. To return my gift card with the $30 on it. I was so shocked that she was caught stealing from me and asked what was she going to do about it. She did not say anything. She called her manager and he was on her side. read more

Driving the office for my new job, I saw my favorite restaurant nearby by. Seriously, I've had a few birthday and other celebrations at the Winerschnitzel in The Bay. Got a few officemates together to dine in for lunch. I was sure to provide them with the online coupon. A super clean store. Hexy was our counter staff and she was pleasant. They don't need to be crispy/crunchy but they doneed to be a little more cooked than soggy, limp french fries. Everytime I go to this drive thru, the woman that works there who takes our orders always get our ticket right. I dont know her name but she has a slight accent, but dont let that fool you, she get your order right and never miss. Better than 95 percent of the drive thru workers in the surrounding fastfood chains with their perfect sounding english. Great service, even asked if we wanted any condiments after receiving our food. Speaking of food, can't complain one bit. You can tell they prepped your food with care and efficiency. I'd give no stars if I could. These are the worst hotdogs I've ever had at any restaurant, particularly one that specializes in hotdogs. I was expecting much better. They have Tastee Freeze ice cream but it doesn't taste homemade like Tastee Freeze ice cream unless they've changed it. That being said, if there's a change in the ice cream, it's a change for the worst. The hotdogs were like ones someone booked at home. I can't recommend this place. read more

I ordered food next door from L&L and I craved some chili fries. it's really hot out so I figured since the lobby is closed I'll just walk through the drive through I didn't want to get in my car just for chili fries! This used to be my favorite location. Emphasis on used. The past few times I've gone here, I've had major issues with my order. I typically pay for beef dogs with pretzel buns, so I'm charged extra for those. But imagine my surprise when I get to my location 15 minutes later, open the package and have a vegan hotdog with no pretzel bun. This is the second time that this has happened, and the staff seem really untrained, frazzled, and stressed constantly. My order is almost never repeated back to me, and one of the instances I went I didn't even get a receipt. If you want to spend 25 dollars on four hotdogs and get mystery items in return, this is the restaurant for you. Side note - I remember Wienerschnitzel putting a large order of fries in a drink cup with a hole punched through the bottom, now when I order a large and a medium order of fries, I just get two medium fries. Would leave a zero star if I could. Had family in town from the east coast that have not been to a Wienerschnitzel in over 15 years and decided to eat at the Rock Springs location which turned out to be a horrible mistake. 2 of us ordered and paid cash while my wife and i paid with a card separately. Of course cash was no issue and was paid first but my wife's card went through as approved and we received a notification on our phone of the transaction but the computer did not print the actual receipt and froze on their end. An employee called the owner and notified him of the situation and offered up only one solution which was to swipe our card again which was not going to happen as we already received a notification of payment. The owner "Said" told us he can't just give his food away but had no issue with his customers double paying and having them take the risk of double payment. We did not run our card again and left with no food but come today here we are having to call our bank to request a refund for food not received. Being a franchise owner does not give you the right to treat your customers any type of way you want without consequences because now you get this lovely review and lost a sale from the other 2 in our party that requested a refund off their cash purchase which was done without issue from your employee without question because they actually care unlike yourself.
