This place is filthy, even the floor mat in front of the checkstand was so filthy and disgusting. When I got my food, sat down and started looking around at that floors and everything it looked like it hadn't been clean in a long long time and made my appetite go out the window says if the dining room was that bad I was wondering what the kitchen looked like couldn't eat my breakfast burrito. I understand there was a long line when we got here but waiting 2.5 hours for 4 meals is insane. My friends and I showed up and ordered our food. They asked us nicely to please park since it was kinda a big order. We sat in the car for 45 minutes. So we decided to go inside and ask if we could get a refund since our food wasn't coming out anytime soon. They said no refund, and we can't get your food. What exactly does that mean? I have no idea. The lady didn't know how to use the computer and another guy just stood there staring. This was the worst service I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. We're also broke college students and we're not trying to just go someplace else. I do not recommend coming here at all. The workers were rude and very unhelpful. Still have not received any food, but two drinks within being here for an hour. 2.5 hours later I can finally enjoy my meal with irritation. read more

I've been here several times and nearly every time there has been rude employees, messed up orders, and/or long wait times.

Food was wrong, food was also dried out and old and half cold. I ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich with no cheese. I got a sandwich with only egg and cheese, when i tried to drive back around to have them fix it they refused to open the window to help me The guy looked at me and walked away. Super nice staff- was not only helpful, but extra helpful as I was in a mobility scooter. I've also watched them help older people who parked their car then walked up to drive thru window, as well as the typical cars. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot- didn't go in, but I'd say this is a very ADA/physical challenges friendly place . I can honestly say I have never been more proud of my local Jack in the Box because this one is not good. The first complaint I have I tried to understand because people take things differently. We ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with Ketchup only. When we opened it, only the bun, patty, & bacon. At home we don't have to specify to include the cheese on the cheeseburger, but I can see if someone took it that way. But then the chicken tenders happened. We ordered a six piece and got this (see pics.) There were 2 normal tenders on the top and one was eaten before we noticed what was beneath. So we got 2 tenders, a couple nuggets, and a few inedible pieces of just fried coating. I am not local, but if I were, definitely wouldn't be back. Also, didn't get straws for the 2 drinks and shake. May seem like a small complaint, but with how horrible everything else is, thats just the cherry on top. read more

To start off I asked for the tacos, all good then I asked for a shake and she said they don't have shakes (probs machine is broken) I was like ok I'll have a medium sprite. "We don't have sprite" ok what do you have ? "Coke products" ma'am sprite is a coke product and you have it on the picture "sorry give me a second" and then just ignored my soda talk. "Anything else?" And i heard clapping in the background kind of her hurrying me up ??? So I just ordered an orange juice. My husband and I have one date night a week, every date night ends at Jack in the box, as it has for 5 years. We order the same thing, 4 tacos and two 7 piece peppers. With those we have always gotten 4 ranch dressings as a 7 piece comes with 2 ranch dressings and 2 taco sauces. Now all of a sudden they have a 5 sauce rule where apparently no matter what or how much you buy you are only allowed 5 sauces. So basically, you now have to choose which items you buy are going to have the sauce that is SUPPOSED to come with it! And what am I told by the snot nosed child when I asked to speak to a manager to get clarification because that makes no sense, "if you don't like the service here go elsewhere." Used Jack in the boxes own app to pre order food after getting off work. Got there and got in line. It was over 40 mins before we got our food. The only thing that was fresh was the soda. The 2 large curly fries were cold. And my two orders of Buffalo chicken was replaced with two combo boxes of regular chicken and they too were cold. When asked why it took so long the guy was rude and made excuses about alot of orders but there wasn't that.late at night. They literally had one car in front of us half way through and made that car wait almost 10 mins before taking their order. There was no one in front of that car. The employee's ran around like they were high or confused. Seriously unacceptable service. What's worse was they do not have any way to leave feedback and trying to call when I'm able has not been helpful. read more

Lack of Safety during pandemic. No gloves or mask were worn by the employee at the pay & takeout window, clerk grabbed and returned the debit card with bare hands so I used a wipe to clean it before putting away. Then he poured the coffee and pressed the lid down from the top with bare hands. Then he carried it to window via holding the lid with bare hands. I threw it away because I wasn't sure the wipes I had would clean the contamination. Based on this employee's carelessness, I could not be sure the meal was safe, so chucked it all out, and now, for my own safety, I will avoid this facility. As an ex-employee i personally saw the worst. I dropped tacos one night i was working. The manager was so fixated on getting the order out before the three minute mark he picked the tacos up off the ground put them in their bag and served them to a poor old man who had his grandson with him. After that he continued to tell me and the other employees in the kitchen to act like that didn't happen and just laughed about it. When i went on break the manager came outside with me and started joking about it and asked me if i wanted to "hit this". Trying to get me to smoke weed. After i refused he just went back inside and we dont speak a single word to each other for the rest of my shift. the next day i come in for my shift and with no explanation i get let go and told i need to give back my apron and hat. Love the buttery Jacks, bragged about it while on vacation to family, stopped by Lewiston Idaho store. Went through drive through, asked if everything was there, decided to pull over and check, missing items... went back inside and they seemed pissed that we asked for the full order. they never gave us receipt so they had to find it. Finally got order and left. Hamburgers were the worst we had, overcooked and dry... so i looked like a jackass, haha.. Lewiston needs some help it seems. read more

Its a place where any one can come and just have a cup of coffee and relax with friends. The gal behind the counter knows your name and whats your order. The Jack in the Box in Lewiston Idaho should be closed down they can't seem to get the order right or prepare things for lunch time case in point winter Jack in the Box at 12 o'clock wanted the Scrambler plate and they haven't hadn't prepared the potatoes so couldn't get the Scrambler plate so I wanted to Teriyaki Bowl and they hadn't made the right yet they said it would probably be about 12:31 o'clock well guess what lunch is over I spend quite a bit of money each month to eat there because I I really like the food but the last four or five months has been really s***** I've complained nothing's been done I have never got a hot hamburger in in in in over a year there I don't think you people really check up on on these complaints because they just keep on going but that's alright I just won't eat there anymore and so will a lot of my friends so in closing I hope the store takes it serious if not just close it just like we did they did here in Lewiston and Kentucky Fried Chicken I'm either way that's all I got to say you got my money our mailing address this is Bill read more
