I would give this Jack in the Box location 5 stars if it weren't for the wait times. We're so glad to have one in town--the food is always hot, fresh, and consistently good. The staff is friendly and they offer a great variety of options. The only downside is that the wait can be pretty long most of the time. That said, we love that breakfast is available all day, the egg rolls are amazing, and the rotating shake flavors throughout the year are always fun to try. A lot of improvement is needed at this location. Everytime we pull up at 4:30 am, it happened multiple times already, they said they are rebooting their system. First she said it will be done by 4:30 am so we waited in the parking lot then tried at 4:32 and then we're told again it's gonna be ready at 4:45 am. Currently waiting in the drive-thru and I'm not sure why I'm surprised at how slow the service is at this location (it's always slow here). Is there a reason why the employees at this Jack in the Box location are so rude? I came inside to place a "to go" order and the woman at the counter didn't greet me at all. She just stood there with an annoyed look on her face and stared at me. I placed my order, and when I ran my card she just walked away to talk to a girl who was working the drive thru. Then she slowly trudged back and handed me my receipt, again without saying a word. I wish I could say this is the first time I've received lousy service here, but alas, it isn't. They have 2 types of service-- "rude" and "can't speak English." This place needs new and better management so they can hire more effectively. My receipt says the employee was "Alondra," not sure it's the right person or not because I know sometimes employees work on registers that are logged in as someone else, but....get it together, management. read more

Tried the Jack in the Box in Lincoln recently. Needed a fast lunch time pick-me-up. Got exactly what I was expecting ... not great but certainly not bad. I ordered takeout and when I got home, the food was reasonably warm and appetizing. The meal consisted of French Fries, Chicken Strips and an Iced Tea. Chicken was plentiful and tender. You're really grinds my gears when their website or yelp says that they're open 24 hours seven days a week and it says on yelp they updated their hours three days ago. Just drove to the Jack-in-the-Box to go through their 24 hour drive-through line, to find that there is a chair sitting in front of the drive-through. If your hours are not 24 seven then just say on yelp that they are not 24 hours. Instead people drive out of their way to go to their business add 2:30 in the morning on a Saturday to find a chair sitting in the drive-through line saying that they are closed. Came in around 8pm, 3/13/2022. A girl with tattoos on her face took my order, wasn't the friendliest but I went there to get food not make friends. Ordered a double Jack 4 tacos and a crunk sandwich. My ordered took some time to get, no ketchup and no ranch dressing (even if I asked for it beforehand). I don't like to much mustard, also if I'm not mistaken the double Jack doesn't have mustard. This double Jack was loaded with mustard and had no ketchup, the drinks also tasted weird, no flavor as if they where half soda half water. I don't mind bad service on drive through since I won't eat there, but bad food; that I can't accept. After we were done eating, I hat to use the bathroom; I'm sorry to say this but I had diarrhea. Be careful with this location, you might get sick. I won't give this location a second chance. read more

Quick lunch yesterday. Ordered inside to avoid busy drive-thru. Food was fine. Not good, not bad, but as expected. Distancing was good. All chairs upside down over tables to prohibit inside eating. The breakfast sandwich came in a box- not wrapped- so it was fluffy, not smashed... and I asked for crispy bacon, and it was! Yet not burnt. So impressed! The shake was perfect! Well-done! This is the third night in a row I have come here just to order some churros and shakes for my boyfriend and I and they have been "closed" yet 2/3 times I've stopped by there are people walking out with food and shakes....yet they won't serve me LOL. This place is horrible. The lobby is not open yet it's advertised to be. Had to wait in a very long drive thru line. Spent over 30 minutes to be greeted by rude and incompetent employees. The guy taking my order cut me off multiple times, let me order something that isn't even on the menu, rushed me through my order (which was only 6 items). Then I get to the window and the order is wrong and the shift leader, her name is Lexie, working gave me nasty attitude, tried to make me look stupid, gave me dirty/glaring looks and remade one of the items only to literally throw it at me into my car. I will never go there again. Lexie wears glasses and wears a very ugly scowl/glaring look on her face so beware of her. My husband and I wanted a milkshake and my husband went through the drive thru at jack in the box. Instead of giving us milkshakes they gave us two of the milkshake cups filled with vanilla ice cream, not milkshakes, no whip cream, no cherry, just soft serve ice cream. Absolutely unbelievable. Apparently, the "Jack" in Jack in the Box stands for how bad they jack-up your order. Seriously, how hard is it to correctly make an order with a single item? I really believe that the person who makes the food for the drive through at night cannot read English. Here's some advice: don't pull away from the drive through until you check that your order is exactly correct. I used to think that the people on YouTube who dive through the drive through window were crazy. But after multiple wrong orders, I totally understand their point of view. $7 for a burger I can't even eat. SAD. read more
