No stars is what I would prefer to give, but Yelp doesn't allow that ...Order taken adequately. Given cups for drinks. Turn to our left to discover lobby drink machine completely inoperative. Wait at counter to report this. Manager walks by tells counter girl, who is also covering a lengthy drive through line, "find out what they want". Twice. Once we were able to tell the counter girl this, she acted surprised, and took our drink orders. Our drinks took more than 5 minutes to be returned to us, probably because the poor counter/drive through girl was so busy without managerial support. While waiting for drinks, observed burger, fries, tacos on counter waiting for other items. For well over 5 minutes. Getting cold and congealed. Once we finally received our order, everything was cold. When we returned tacos as cold and chewy, a MANAGER told us "well there is a timer". No apology. Though they did remake the tacos, the replacements were undercooked, and marginally better than the originals. Worst Jack in the Box experience ever, and I have been a customer since the mid-70's. Shame on you for allowing this experience. By the way, while we were in the dining room for a lengthy time due to slow service, NO ONE came out to check the inoperative drink machine. read more

This is the 3rd time they messed up our order in a month. They straight up left out my kid's order. Granted, my oldest son that went to get it should have checked. Still unacceptable. I even gave the kid at the register a $10 tip at Christmas and they f'd it up then too! I love Jack in the Box. But this location needs new management and more employees. read more

There is nothing particularly good about this Jack in the Box as far as building or food. However, there's a worker named Cameron there that's super legit! I don't say that just because he shares the same name as me, but is just super kind and great in the drive through. read more

Why do you keep two employee's on for the grave yard shift, with all the lights on, but close the drive thru after 3 am?

I really hate to do this... but here we go. Up until a month or two ago this was my boyfriend and my favorite late night place because I love their tacos and the staff were always friendly and accommodating with my strange burger (sourdough Jack with no meat or Mayo). I went at least once a week. I will no longer go to this place until the new people at the drive thru are fired. Not only have they gotten our order wrong every single time for the last couple of months but last night after we paid and then checked our order we discovered it was wrong but the drive thru guy decided to disappeared instead of talking to us. We had 4 cars behind us but we refused to leave because not only was my order messed up (this is the 2nd time my tiny tacos somehow had RANCH on them... like, what?!) but they had completely forgotten my boyfriend's #7 other than the soda. We had paid so we weren't going anywhere. After 5 minutes the guy finally came back and my boyfriend was justifiably upset at this point and he said a few choice words to the worker after he refused to fix our order. Oh wait, he took back the ranch tacos and gave us a box of plain tiny tacos (we ordered and paid for the loaded) then proceeded to tell us that if we didn't leave his drive thru he was going to call the cops on us. Hahaha. What? For us wanting the order we paid for?? I'm so mad because the girls who used to work late night were so nice and now these jerks are working here. They don't deserve a job in customer service. I've never treated any food service people rudely because I know what it's like and I understand that they work hard and deserve respect but these guys need to be fired. I gave this place four stars because first off.. we came thru the drive thru and we were a little overwhelmed with the menu so we took about 3 minutes or so to order. My fiancé wanted tacos so we got him 4. I ordered a southwest salad, it comes with tomatoes and cheese and I'm allergic to both so I wanted to sub it for carrots and cucumbers .. took her forever to get that down. But ok I get it. And we ordered a side of fries. We get to the window and people started getting in line behind us.. no more than two cars. Took about 10 min for them to get our order out and once they did the tacos were drenched in oil. I mean drenched! I understand it's fast food but when the bottom of the bag is leaking of oil like?? The salad was huge. So no problem there.. the attitude of the manager in charge wasn't very nice but hey I guess we all have our days. read more

Slow , Rude , I ORDER 2 BACON CHEESEBURGERS . IM CHARGED FOR 2 ULTIMATES i have never heard of . Then im told thats the only BACON burger they have . Then when I saw no there a Jr bacon cheeseburger the cashier says no u said ultimate ? I dont even know what an ultimate burger is at jack n the box ? I like places that are open 24 hours especially since I have worked swing hours or me and some buddies want a convenient after drinking restaurant that we can swing through and grab a quick bite. I'm especially partial to the jalapeno poppers and will sometimes just get those. This location is pretty clean and has great friendly service. There is a wide range of menu items. Breakfast is served all day so you can have your breakfast fix anytime you want it. read more

I came here tonight spent 7 bucks on something I can't even call food. It was a grilled chicken sandwich. When I bit into it, the sandwich tasted absolutely disgusting. The so called "chicken" was so chewy it was not edible. I will most likely never return to this location because of this experience. read more

Came in to get some food and the place seems very understaffed it took forever for someone to even come take our order many employees walked past us with out saying anything 3 employees told us the would be right with us and then walked away and girl even came to the register and when I started to order our food she said she couldn't help us because "actually I'm on my break". I work at a fast food restaurant and it just seems odd that you'd take your break during lunch hours when the rest of the team seems to be working their asses off trying to get out orders in the drive thru. read more

I gave it 2 stars because l haven't had any problems until tonight. I ordered a Sourdough Jack and the toast on the bread was horrible. It had way to much mayo and put together sloppily the burger was chewing. My curly fries were burnt as well as my sons regular fries. Then the cashier hands me a chocolate shake when l asked for Oreo. Not sure who was managing the place this evening, but the food was not hot or fresh. read more

I think some of the staff is nice, really friendly...However, there is some management that needs to change their attitude. Also whenever i go in and order my sandwich, they NEVER get is correct. I get home and check and i am always mad. They also don't have a correct phone number. The one on this site is wrong. They need to get with it. read more

Always takes forever. If you see more that 2 cars in the drive thru, get a book to read while in line. That said, that is part of their service model. Everything is made fresh to order. Been here many many times and they have not once messed up my order. For fast food a little pricey, but you are never hungry after this place. Very clean inside. People who work there are always super nice. read more

Went there a few days ago at 5am with a few friends. We were all a little indecisive and had a bunch of coupons we were trying to figure out how they worked. Unintentionally, we took 9 minutes to order. Nearing the end of ordering, the employee says "You have 1* minute until the computer will erase your entire order." We get to the window and he hands is our order after we all pay and use our coupons. No receipt. Missing an order of eggrolls and medium curly fries. We go back around and he hands us the eggrolls immediately, but did not say anything about the medium sized curly fries. We ask if we can order another thing of medium sized curly fries, since we had no way of proving that we did not order them last time because he gave us no receipt. He says exactly, "No. You cannot order here again because you took 9 minutes to order last time." It took us 9 minutes to order and you STILL couldn't get an order right??! LOL WOW how hard is your minimum-wage job? We go through again to place another order and he says "Go ahead." Terrible customer service. You can tell this guy hates his job. We complete our order, get to the window and pay. Still no receipt and messes up that order as well. There are so many people I know who need and deserve a job, but yet managers are still hiring people who don't even want the job... read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Every time my family eats here, they forget items, make them wrong, and food is never hot or fresh. Lincoln is limited to where you can eat fast food so this being the only Jack in the box nearby really sucks! I recommend requesting your food be cooked fresh (I.e. Your fries) and check your order before leaving the drive thru! Good Luck! read more
