The ladies restroom needed attention and, since there was a sign that they check it hourly & to let them know if it didn''t meet expectation, I talked with the manager. She thanked me & immediately went to the ladies room to check it out. If she takes care of this problem so promptly, I'm confident she runs the food area with as much attention. read more

stopped here on our way to paso, to pee and get breakfast...ordered our food, and waited, among other people waiting....they finally got their food, while we waited...others came in after us, and somehow got their food..finally after waiting over 20 minutes, we asked how much longer (sourdough breakfast sandwiches and hash browns) the very hefty dame with many belly rolls, working behind the counter said 'I am waiting on the hashbrowns"...then, she walked over, opened the door to the back room and bitched, 'they always do that, every time' while giving us that look...she then walked slowly out, grabbed our food and handed it to us...all the food was half way warm and had been sitting there, but she was just too lazy to get it, until reminded....the floor in front of the drink machines was down right filthy...black sticky spots 2 feet back, and all along the drink area...a guy came out and mopped, as he must have seen us looking at it..... slowest nastiest jack in the box ever...and the rudest chick behind the counter, and did I mention, SLOWEST.....hang your head in shame, Jack, for this place is an embarrassment...would give it minus 5 stars if I could read more

I'm sitting in parking lot waiting for the rest of our order. We stopped here with 3 kids on way home from Bay Area. We normally never eat fast food but we're ready to just get home so we stopped at this drive thru. We ordered food and waited in line for about 10 mins. Finally got our food and we checked bags before leaving to see we were missing items. Waited at window until the came back and say oh sorry here's the rest of your food. We parked in lot to double check and saw we were missing kids burger and a pancake platter we ordered was completely wrong item. I completely understand if it's busy things get crazy. Then supervisor was yelling at employees to fix wrong order. It's only fast food but I would definitely not stop here if you're wanting to get in and out in a decent time. We don't normally eat fast food but when we do, Jack in the Box is the indulgence of choice. Today, it was a mistake for a multitude of reasons. On the return leg of a roadtrip on Highway 46 north, we stopped a the Lost Hills JIB location. The first step through the door was the first clue and they just continued to add up. It was, without question, the single most disgusting fast food place I have ever been to. My family and I were there around noon on Sunday 7/17. There was no soap dispenser in the mens room. Urine and trash was all over the floor. My daughter informed me the womens bathroom had no toilet paper. We notified the staff ane after doing so we were given napkins. The condiment counter was filthy with grime and trash overflowing onto the very dirty counter. The main floor was greasy and slippery with dried mud under the eating counter. 21958 Hwy 46 Lost Hill CA. I will ENVER go there again. read more
